3000 km on Turkey roads with lots of small and sharp stones without puncture! Such a great result. Of course, these tires are not so speedy as GP5000, but puncture resistance is awesome!

The real size is exactly 25-622 when put on a 15C rim. The volume of the tire corresponds to a 25-622 tire, not a 28-622, so it is not only due to rim width. They are also a insanely tight fit, I installed some tight fitting road tires before, but for a non-expert bike mechanic, it would be close to impossible to replace a tube on these.

I use these tyres on my gravel bike to make it a winter commuter, they have held up well to the harsh conditions including flood waters and (I know not a good idea but) ice. The plus casing is worth the piece of mind as I had a few puncture issues on the non-plus version, which the sealant held but still not ideal. They roll really well, can even get over 20mph average out of them!Took a few blasts to seat tubeless

Bought these having had a lot of punctures recently on rural Hampshire roads using gp5000s. They roll surprisingly quickly (32mm @55/60) and only about 1/2kph slower than gp5k (28mm). Tubeless set up was incredibly easy, even for a first-timer, although some sealant did seep through the sidewalls for the first two or so rides. Very easy to get tyres onto rims
A bit of background: I've been cycling for fun my whole life but never bought a new bike until four years ago. This is my first experience of splashing out on good tyres too. What I'm trying to say is perhaps I'm easily impressed! My bike is a decent, entry level hybrid and came with 32mm tyres but recently I wanted to try a smoother, fatter tyre for more speed and comfort. I went for the 38mm Gravelking+ because I read elsewhere that other people had had problems with punctures using the regular Gravelkings. I've only done about 100 miles on mine so can't really speak for the puncture protection but I haven't had any punctures.I LOVE the ride on these tyres. I'll just have to see how durable they are.
I've been using the 35mm version of this tyre on my steel "gravel" bike for a few months. The slightly increased rolling resistance (when compared to a narrower, road tyre) is easily offset by the toughness, which enables me to ride safely and confidently down roads and lanes that are in such a state of disrepair that they almost qualify as tracks! They also handled snow covered roads beautifully, with excellent dispersal of snow and slush giving consistent grip when I was caught out and found myself riding in a blizzard. Look good, ride well, highly recommended.
Purchased to commute -rear tyre punctured first ride out…. reinforced protection so not quite brilliant - bad luck perhaps tho 38c GK slicks do indeed feel peachy n’ fast… to reinforce the puncture protection added one of them there Panaracer’s Flataway strips after my inaugural flat and no such nonsense since… fingers crossed
