This is a cute little microwave, very simple to use and does what I need it to do. I only had a small bench space available so needed something compact. If you want to put dinner plates or larger dishes in your microwave, best check their diameters before ordering this one.Appliances Online initially delivered a silver one when I’d ordered white, this was quickly and courteously rectified but having to be home for a second delivery did add some hassle to the purchase.

We needed to replace our old Panasonic microwave and picked this one as it seemed pretty similar, was great value and was able to be delivered the next day. We really only use it for heating things up and it’s perfect for that. The only minor irritation is the five very loud beeps that signal the end of operation time, especially if you’re heating things up in a quiet house late at night… : )

I needed a small microwave to replace my old one, as I have limited bench space. This one fits the bill very well, and is very simple to use. I haven't needed to use any of the 3 auto features (defrost, heat, cook) as yet, but am sure I will do so in time. The timer gives allows multiple options. It is straightforward, and I Iike it's press button to open the door rather than a handle, thus giving it a smooth sleek appearance. And it's easy to clean. I am very happy with this purchase.
my microwave arrived in perfect condition, no hassles, I was kept informed of its arrival date. I have had this model before and would really recommend it to anyone needing an easy to use, efficient machine that will fit into a small area. I am a very happy customer. Have dealt with appliances on line before and always found them efficient, well priced and reliable.
I only bought this model as there was no small Sharp Microwave available. Sharp has served us extremely well - I was replacing a 20 year old Sharp microwave & my mother's small Sharp Microwave is 30 years old and still going. I regret wasting money on this unsustainable piece of junk that doesn't meet Australian consumer laws expectations of minimum longevity & I will contact you for a fair and reasonable legal remedy.
Bought this to replace my very cool red Sanyo microwave that lasted for many years without any problems. This was the closest in configuration and appearance I could find. I don't understand why one cannot buy a good quality basic microwave in red or at least something that serves as an accent colour. This microwave has a grey interior. Still this model is aesthetically pleasing. I would have preferred to see vents on both sides of the unit, so I had to install it parallel to my bench, rather than the intended position (adjacent to, and at the end of the bench,) otherwise the clearance to the wall would have meant inadequate ventilation. The rotating plate is slightly smaller in diameter to my previous microwave. So far have only used it for basic tasks as I have a great Belling oven that I use a lot more than I do a microwave. I don't see the point in paying hundreds of dollars on a microwave unless one uses it every day and has a large family to cook for. I could only give a microwave five stars if it serves the purpose for as long as my Sanyo did, and that is an unknown at this early stage.
Easy to clean, and compact, reasonable price, but the express heat up is not express. My previous cheap microwave just need press start button once, and automatically started 30 seconds heat up. And if you press more, then you can add 30 seconds every one push whenever you want. But this microwave, you need to push express button, and start. If you open the door before finish, and put other stuff to warm up, and you need to push clear button to clear previous remained time setting first, and press express button several times, and start button. It is not convenient.
This appliance is very satisfactory for my changed circumstances. It is small enough and takes up less space than my previous family size microwave. It is not a powerful and the old one however cooking times are easily adjustable. Aesthetically appealing also. Panasonic has had a long term good reputation and would recommend to anyone looking for this appliance brand.
The exact same model just died on me, I'm not 100% sure but I had to have had it for quite a number of years and therefore replaced it with same model again. Works quietly with very easy controls to use, not complicated at all. One note to add, it doesn't have a very long cable which is ideal for us that use the fitted cabinets with enclosed power sockets.
