Unlike the Sharp, it doesn't have any options to defrost, so whether it's beef or vegetables, the defrost only has the standard option, obliterating chicken and nuking vegetables. Tonight, I ended up boiling my potatoes for 20 minutes on the stove, after 15 minutes in the microwave for 3 potatoes. A little early to put this microwave through all of its features, but so far, great. I had already owned the combined Convection/microwave flat bed Inverter but often required the use of both convection oven and/or grill and a microwave simultaneously. I decided to simply buy the microwave version as well. Great customer service at JB and the model I looked at was on special, but out of stock, so the sales assistant offered this dearer model for the same sale price. Very satisfied customer.

Amazing product, initially i thought its not that great however, after using it for more than 3 months i can confidently say, the heating is great, universal. items are better when they come out of this microwave. However i don't like the cooling off feature as its hard to distinguish when its run time finish and when the cooling off finishes. they both have same tone. the screen could be brighter and the complete tone could have been louder to know its completed its cycle.
