I am so happy I decided on this particular model. A few of the things I like are the conveniences of not fighting with a cord. I love how quickly it heats up, and the auto shut off is set at 30 minutes instead of the standard 10 minutes on earlier models. The only thing I find myself struggling with occasionally is the weight of the iron when lifting off and on the base. I don't find it a deal breaker, though. I don't think it would press as well if it didn't have a little weight to it. I would definitely recommend it.

I loved the iron, however, after using it for a week or so, I had burn marks everywhere! Not the irons fault, mine! My old iron popped up on feet and didn't burn anything. I read in the return policy, if I wasn't satisfied I could return my item. I wasn't satisfied, however, when I called customer service, I was told if I used the iron I couldn't return it. How would I know I wasn't satisfied if I didn't use it! The color is wonderful, the iron is not the easiest iron to handle,

The iron heats up quickly and glides smoothly over fabric.It is nice to not worry about whether the cord is in the way.The only issue is that the iron base cannot be far from the outlet since the cord is not that long.

Was so disappointed when I got home and found a the box on my front porch that looked was crushed on one end. Opened the box and my fears were verified. I called not sure what to do next and left a message for someone to call me back. A short time latter I received a call from Sandy. I sent her the pictures I had taken and she contacted the distributor. Within a very short amount of time I received another phone call where she told me everything had been worked out and a replacement was being shipped.I cannot say enough about the quality of everything the Fat Quarter shop does and offers. Compact-sized iron, with enough weight to feel solid. Heats quickly and have had no trouble using on bigger projects, with longer ironing times. First cordless iron I've owned, and really like that I don't need to keep track of the cord as I iron. Water reservoir detaches and re-attaches easily. Very pleased in the first two weeks of use.
I purchased a teal panasonic iron and when it arrived part of it was damaged. I contacted fat quarter shop right away and received a wonderful and quick response. They timely sent me another iron along with a postage paid label included, so that I could return the damaged iron.My new iron has been flawless so far. It goes well in my new craft room where it gets used frequently and is very convenient to have, especially being wireless and the perfect size.I give the fat quarter shop 5 stars for their service and I was 100% satisfied.Thanks again!!
My wife bought this clever iron at an AQS Show in Daytona Beach, and loved it. Unfortunately, It quit working after just seven months. She never dropped it, but something inside is rattling and it will not take a charge. I have yet to figure out how to take it apart so I can look inside. Not happy as we did not get our money’s worth out of this appliance
I love my new iron! It is so light and easy to use.Really can go in any direction to get that fabric pressed!Just have to remember it must go back in its base when you are ready to set it down. Will not sit on it's end like my old iron.
I absolutely love this iron. The heat setting is perfect for the cottons and I love the 360 degree direction ironing any direction. Most of all no cord on the iron itself is what I was looking for. So happy with this iron
Love it. Gets really hot, and stays hot longer than I was expecting a cordless to be able to. Heats very quickly. I thought I might need to use my regular iron for lots of strips or large pieces or numbers of pieces but it hasn’t been an issue. Since you can’t set it down except iron plate down I have to set it in it’s base, so it keeps heating while I rearrange what’s on my ironing board. I have the base within easy reach of my right hand so it works perfectly. Recommended!! Love it, Wish I’d bought it years ago.
