Very happy so far (after 2 weeks usage). We have double-story townhouse so have two handsets for each floor. With 4 handsets easy to swap to another handset if battery should go flat (unlikely with about 6 hours talk time per charge). Comprehensive instructions - but you need to take time to read them and work out which functions are important to you personally! Clean/clear keypad & screen lightweightclear tone and plenty of volume. Extremely good value at under $140 for base plus 4 handsets.

Good in all aspects except one. Has changed from AM to PM or PM to AM 3 times.No idea why. But all other functions are fine. Screen is easy to read and bright backlight.Sound is good and have no other issues.

Phones had several issues. All 4 phones would randomly turn off minutes into use even though charge was full. Sometimes the phones wouldnt even ring. If phones were in lock mode (child protection) sometimes would lock the phone, stopping the phone from ringing and time pauses on the time it was locked.

Good value/Easy to install/Compact unit/Adequate instruction manual/ Has all the features you would expect from a landline. Would have given 4 1/2 stars if available. Ring tone not wonderful / Very lightweight - is easy to knock over or slide .
Have always used a different brand, decided to give this set a go and no complaints.Just one thing caught me out, let them charge before doing settings. Menu is hidden until charged.Once up and running is good clear display and sound is fine. Settings were slightly confusing but all went fine.
This is not an easy intuitive handset to setup. I had to resort to the handbook! Even then the instructions for some functions were not very easy to follow and implement. Non technical people may struggle with the installation. Apart from this the handset has acceptable range, the intercom works well, and the earpiece is just loud enough, but the hearing impaired may not be overly impressed. Speaker is my favorite listening mode. Ring tones are varied (and many) and generally loud enough. The build quality is fairly good and I like the non-propriety NiMH AAA battery use x2 in each. I haven't bothered to use the answering machine as yet but I expect it to be more than adequate for the average needs. Generally pleased with the purchase.
I bought the phones for my elderly mother. Shes partially deaf. The ring tone is not loud enough, the voice volume is not loud enough. So if you need something that rings loudly - I suggest you dont purchase this phone. Disappointed. If your after a basic phone for just an average family - day in day out that have no issue in day life. Have no expectations, I suppose the phone is ok to have, but nothing to write home about.
Every version gets more complicated to set up and use if you want all Functions. Hardest is the calls in upsetting the dial tone. Doesnt explain how to get back to normal easily. If you eventually do it only takes one text message from your telco to start it off again. It seems all telcos now want to send you text instead of aSpoken message. A real pain. Im all other ways fine.
Had a much older Panasonic cordless quad pack. Still worked well, but thought to upgrade and get a new set. Purchased this one, and after using it, I could only give it the highest star rating.Same quality as the old one, but more compact, streamlined good quality sound, and at that price I also think hard to beat.
I bought this product when I had the nbn activated and my direct landline (which had been a standard line plus an earlier model Panasonic system) was therefore no longer operable. I need 4 hansets to cover the areas of the house so this was an obvious solution. It was easy to set up and was powerful enough to cover all the areas I wanted. It is the same to use as my previous model (with a few extra features) and has interfaced with the nbn connection without any problems. It is working well.
