Have now used for both heating and colling and the unit does a very good job. It is very efficient and quickly heats or cools the area adjusting to low speed to maintain the selected temperature. The low speed means that noise is minimal which is important to me. Very happy with the purchase.

We wanted this one as it has good COP efficiency, nanoe air filtration and a built in app. The unit works well and the external fan and compressor arent too noisy. The app is great. when it works. Unfortunately the app can be very difficult to log into again if you logout or do a restart on your phone. It comes up with server errors multiple times, before finally achieving a successful login. Very annoying. However the unit and remote control are great. So still 4 stars overall.

The CSCUZ25XKR is perfect for the room size and is whisper quiet. The nano technology is an added bonus because I suffer from allergies.It received a thorough workout due to the recent hot weather. We have decided to replace our 20 plus year old split system in the lounge room with the larger model.

I purchased my air conditioner from the good guys as it was advertised that I could get it installed as well. The unit is still sitting in my shed as the installer Good Guys provided has retired and no long is working. I call them back to arrange another installer to do the work they refunded the cost of instillation and gave me the number of another installer I have contacted him repeatedly but has not locked in a date to do the work. I contacted the good guys again and they gave me a list of installers to contact most have said that they are not willing to install a product that they did not supply I would love to review my product but as I cant use it I don't know how well it works
We have been living with a gas fireplace for the last 10 years and having to wait 30 minutes for the lounge to warm up, along with the high gas bills. No more! With full internet/remote connectivity I can now turn this unit on in the morning and by the time I get up and throw on my tracksuit the room is warming up.And the added bonus, for us It will cool the room in the summer as well -)The other thing that impressed me was the quitenesss of the compressor unit outside. I was worried it would be intrusive as it is installed on our front verandah, but it is amazingly quiet. You almost don't notice it.

The 'tick' is not constant and you may get a few close together they a gap to another one by itself. They told us to run the fan at a higher speed. This did not stop the noise, it only drowned it out with the high fan speed noise which is very annoying trying to sleep. Now the supplier is trying to get Panasonic to agree to replace the unit but again Panasonic are trying delay tactics. Their attitude is terrible and i would strongly suggest anyone looking for a small AC to go to a better brand like Daikyn or Fujitsu.
I'd like to say I am enjoying the new aircon on a 38 degree day, instead sitting in the heat because of the crap installation by Crowlz electric. Whilst I paid Good Guys to organise tradies to install, it was Good Guys who select the company. A crew.from Kings aircon came (not told about an 3rd party), they hung the unit, did the plumbing BUT no electrician electrician turned up. Rang Crowlz and the owner gave some bunkum about no electrician and he could not come himself as he had a broken leg.
The casing is not intrusive . The machine works like a Rolls Royce. Smooth and almost purrs. It's the best. Moved house after 20 years perfect machines left and casing not discoloured.. Now have 5 more in this house. One grudge not so slim casing and slight grey and smaller neater outside fans. That's life.
This air conditioner replaced another Panasonic which was going strong until the bearings became too noisy to keep using it while watching TV. The unit is much smaller than my previous one which was a surprise and at the same time much stronger. One feature that I am really pleased with is the ability to use a phone app to control it even when I am not at home. The app shows all the features and also how much energy you have used. Installers that were recommended by staff at the Good Guys were extremely pleasant to deal with and professional. Would definitely recommend them too.

You can change any settings you can think of to put it in your ideal mode of operation, whether that be blasting icy cold air at full fam speed or just operating quietly to maintain the temperature while youre resting. The only thing I havent tested is the heating obviously, but Im sure that will be just fine, at least I am certain that it will be significantly more efficient than a standard space heater. Lastly not specific to this product but I want to give a shout out to the installers Action Air Conditioning. They did an excellent job, arrived when they said they would without having to chase them up, and they installed it quickly but didnt rush. Friendly and excellent service all round I recommend this product 100% and the GGs Joondalup and Action Air Conditioning. Never been happier with a purchase, genuinely.
