I bought this ring in December as a gift to myself and the diamonds are already falling off…again. This ring happens to be the 3rd one I’ve purchased in the last year and a half and all three rings have been horrible in quality. I am a nurse and tend to wear this ring often yet maintain it well with the kit purchased from Pandora. I’ve had rings from Walmart last longer. Beautiful ring but the quality needs to be better. Extremely disappointed and won’t be buying it again.

My partner purchased this in May 2023 and my stone already fell out. This ring tarnishes so quickly for being sterling silver. I’ve bought rings from amazon that never tarnished. The workers are rude in store so I hope I can get a refund for this poor quality ring. I don’t want to risk getting another botched item that doesn’t last over a year. Save your money.

I got this ring for Christmas from my boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED it, it’s a beautiful ring, that’s why I’m really sad to be writing such a bad review. I had 4 stones fall of out the first one and I was heartbroken. I just thought maybe it was a faulty one, so I went back and got a new one, the people at Pandora were amazing and always have been, I’ve been a customer for years. Got a brand new one for free, then a couple days later, 2 more stones were gone AGAIN!!!!! So I took it back for a completely different ring, different design and everything for the same price. If you have the time to go exchange it every week, perfect for you. But if you want your ring to last, not the ring for you!!!!!

I purchased the sparkling row eternity ring to go with my clear sparkling crown ring. i purchased them both in October but unfortunately the pave stones fell out during vacation. I have never experienced this, so I am a little disappointed. I will be trying to contact Pandora about this problem. I just tried calling but was kicked off after speaking to someone. Not good
I had spent several months looking at a seven stone diamond or lab grown diamond ring at several major jewelry retailers and was not satisfied as the head on the setting would be uncomfortable against my other two fingers.. A new Pandora store had opened up in our mall so I stopped by just to look. I found this Sparking Row Eternity ring and while it was more than seven stones, it had the square setting I had been looking for and I was pleased with the sparkle for the price! The only issue I had was some of the reviews said the stones would fall out after a few months. I was trying to think of a way to protect the bottom of the ring where it would encounter more wear and tear. I thought if I used them on an eternity ring on the bottom half of the ring, it would help protect the gems from falling out. I experimented with the different sizes of flexible ring sizers and found a few sizes that wrapped around easily and protected my ring. I have worn the ring everyday for the past 4 months and the stones are intact and not dull from wear and tear. I have had occasion to unwrap them to deep clean my ring once a month but am able to rewrap my ring easily. Once in awhile with constant pulling on and off at bedtime or while doing housework/yardwork the coils will become twisted a little. But you just have to unwrap them and rewrap them again. After constant use they do sometimes discolor a little but you just have to get a new coil and rewrap the ring! These ring sizers are an inexpensive way to protect your investment and allow you to enjoy wearing the ring without having to worry about the stones falling out! If there's a will, there's a way. I am very happy with my purchase and get compliments all the time as the cubic zirconia are very clear and sparkly with regular maintenance! And for the price, you can't beat it!!!
This is a beautiful ring, timeless and elegant! However the quality is very poor! This second time I need to go back to Pandora to replace the ring because the stones keep falling off! For the amount the charge … for a silver / cz ring I would expect to be able to wear it everyday without the worry of stones falling out! In a case like this… would have rather bought similar ring in TJ maxx for much $ and better quality!
I received this as a gift from my husband. At first, I wore it all the time. It's such a nice piece to add to my fingers. One of the stones fell out. No problem I thought, I will warrantee the ring. Which was no problem at the store.After I received my second ring, I thought I would wear it less given the loss of the stones in the previous ring. On the first night out wearing this ring I lost 3 stones. 3 stones.After speaking with the store staff, the warrantee was only on the first ring not the second.Not impressed, and will not be purchasing rings with stones from pandora again.
The ring is very beautiful and nice design overall but the quality is poor overall. Diamonds fell out within 5 days of having it and I exchanged it because it was before 30 days. A week later of having it more stones came out. Now onto ring two. I’m missing a total of 5 stones. For the price of $90 the stones shouldn’t fall out that easily with everyday wear and zero to no physical contact

Upon getting the new one, I wore it five times just for going out, and it turned oval shaped and two stones fell out Again and now they refused to do anything. I got this ring for Christmas 2023 because I wanted to stack it with the Sparkling Herbarium Cluster ring which lost 6 stones so Pandora replaced it for me. Then just this morning, I went to put on my Sparkling Row Eternity Ring and one of the stones just fell out of it before I even put it on my finger. I went to Pandora right away but the girl told me they didn't have it in stock and that I couldn't replace it with any ring, it had to be the same style. She also told me it happened because they are handmade and the person didn't set the stones properly which isn't my fault. Now I am stuck with these faulty rings and will never be purchasing from Pandora again.
