So cute. Created them with help from my Granddaughters, which of course meant that the girls "adopted" them

This was a gift I gave my sister. She said the instructions were extremely confusing and didn't ever mention that there were two models. They look great but she is not interested in doing any more because of the difficulty due to the directions.

This was so hard to build! I thought it would be a fun activity for my family over the holidays and it was so complex. The numbers are super hard to read and the pieces didn't fit well together, it's about to make it's way to the recycling bin. Completely disappointed!

I ordered this as a present for a friend. I looked at the shipping times stated on the website and ordered a week in advance so that it would arrive in time. That was April 15. It's been more than two months and after sending 13 emails back and forth with the same person, my friend still hasn't received their birthday present. They kept saying that they would "let me know" when they got a response from their own shipping team but I had to follow up each time after weeks passed without an email.I'm sure that this shipping issue was not normal but they didn't seem to care. The item is supposed to arrive in 5-7 days... but that's what they said last time. And when I asked about a tracking number, they said that it had been shipped flatrate and they didn't have a tracking number. The products that this company makes seem really cute but the customer service is severely lacking.

Bought the penguins as a holiday gift for friends. They loved them!! They were a bit worried about the intricate assembly and instructions, but they did not shy away from the challenge! As penguin lovers, they really got a splash out of it!! 🐧

I haven't gotten beyond the Red Heart practice set yet. What's the best glue to use on such small tabs? These awfully small tabs we have to glue to another piece - just makes a gluey mess on your fingers also and it's nearly impossible to let go of the glued together pieces without sticking to one or both of them yourself and pulling them apart. It's an ongoing struggle. I've started taping them after glueing but that's difficult as well in such small spaces/tabs. I'm not comfortable yet messing up what I paid for, so thanks for the practice set, I'm think it convinces me to not bother trying to assemble what I paid for and gift it to someone else (with really small fingers).

So this was our first build and it was not ā€œeasyā€ as advertised. It was actually kind of a nightmare to put together - the biggest issues is that the instructions (if you can call them that) don’t tell you in what ORDER to assemble the various pieces. Meaning that as you construct the penguins you can very easily run out of room to fit your hands inside them to complete the build. The end result is great but I would NOT recommend this for relaxing evening - even for people who enjoy miniatures, Legos, or other build centric things. It was stressful, frustrating, and way more work than we initially expected.
