I am absolutely in love with this perfume! The scent is simply divine-luxurious, sophisticated, and captivating. It has the perfect balance of warmth and freshness, making it irresistible. What impressed me the most is how long it lasts! Just a few spritzes in the morning, and I can still smell it beautifully lingering at the end of the day. I've never had a fragrance with such incredible staying power. This perfume is truly a masterpiece, and I can't imagine my collection without it!"

This perfume is almost identical to Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique but is intensified with aldehydes. Both were made by the same perfumer, Quentin Bisch. Where Fleur Narcotique seems more delicate & nuanced- it suffers from poor performance. I own that perfume which requires frequent reapplication. Valaya solves the performance problem but also is a bit more bold, less delicate. I’ve heard it’s a great layering fragrance.

I love this perfume. Valaya is so far if not my favorites, in the top three best scents in my collection or from perfumes I’ve ever tried. One day it came to me: this perfume reminds me of the aroma Light Blue from Dolce and Gabanna leaves on my skin, but in an ultimate elevated elite way. Valaya is fresh, yet has some floras, but I can smell some ocean in it, body, boldness, elegance, uniqueness, presence. I don’t have the words to better explain it right now. It lasts such a magnificent long time. I have clothes that still have the perfume scent on them after 48 hours. It doesn’t last strong on my skin for 48hrs of course, but I’ve sprayed it on me, gone to bed and I’ve woken up to still smell it on my arm. Love it. No complaints about this perfume.

I tried this via a sample from libertine and I was so disappointed. I’d heard such great things about how this smells pretty, clean, soft and peachy. However, to me, this smells like a harsh, screechy citrus. I tried to wear it for the whole day but I had to scrub it off because I kept getting wafts of citrus rind and cleaning product. It’s not hugely offensive but I don’t want to smell like this. It has great sillage and longevity though.
Saw this perfume. I really I can't describe it. It's a class fruity. Fresh perfume. I mean that's one of my favorite perfume ever. I can buy it for the rest of my life. Amazing amazing amazing. I got a lot It's really my favorite and my dream scent. I really mean it. I mean it's very weird and you're never going to smell that like something like that in anywhere. At a store, when I was touching a bottle of Delina Rosee, SA recommneded this Valaya, sprayed some on test paper. Top note wasn't that surprising, thought not so unique at the time with sweet mandarin fruity-ness, not a big fan of them. I put the paper in my jacket pocket, hung my jacket on a chair in my living room and forgot about it. Next couples of days, every time I walked by my living room I smelled this intoxicating musky fregrance. It was this perfume. A piece of paper, put in my jacket pocket, that filled my living room with this fragrance for days in a very good way. Musky yet very feminine and sophisticated. Had to get a full bottle. How much I love the fragrance out weighted the price.
this perfume is LOVELY. the scent is so nostalgic to me and I agree with another reviewer who said it reminds them of Light Blue (which I used to wear in high school and college). I originally smelled it at a Neiman Marcus and loved the juicy fresh peach and musky dry down but was not willing to pay the PDM retail price. I did some research on reputable discount sites and was so glad to have found fragrancelord. the fragrance was packaged carefully, came with a few free samples, and was exactly as described! I’m super happy with the price I was able to get Valaya at and am looking forward to showing with this company again.
