Exactly as I expected it to be, used it once so far and it performed perfectly. Has a nice professional look to it. All that said, this is such a simple tool (no moveable parts) that Park Tool would really have to cut corners to undermine its functionality. I think the biggest feature of this tool was the technical support from Calvin at Park Tool helping me select the right BBT for my bike. That advice alone is a lot of the value of this tool.

Expensive but high quality

I purchased this to install a SRAM bottom bracket. Beautifully made as with most Park Tools and with a 3/8" drive will fit many torque wrenches which are appropriate for the torque required.I like the way these are now shipped in cardboard retail boxes rather than the plastic of older versions and are sealed with tape so you can tell it's not been opened.I can't comment on compatibility with the Park Tool BBT-RS Bottom Bracket Tool Retaining System as it's still out of stock.It's frustrating that there are so many different standards (I bought three different Park Tools for SRAM, Shimano and FSA!) but that's the bike industry for you!
