While most of Parker's designs are firmly rooted in their long history, the Urban is unashamedly modern. Styled with curves that are comfortable to hold, yet quite different to other pens. The grip section has a concave curve to fit your fingers, and more of the weight is towards the tip for easier control.Daring, dynamic and directional. The Urban fountain pen represents a new generation of Parker designs, with an original pendulum-shaped silhouette producing a distinctive look and feel. This cool vibrant magenta finish pays a fitting compliment to the pen's equally funky styling. Dare to be different with this ultra-modern Parker pen.

Hi,I have used and liked Parker Urban and Vector pens since I was a high school student; probably the only one using fountain pens at school. The way both write is smooth and easy. They only reason I don't hit 5 stars is because:1.- both pens use too much ink. When comparing it with other pens I use (from Dupont to Montegrappa), the cartridge last no more than 1 week.2.- the ink tends to dry way too fast when I don't use the pens. After 2-3 days I have found that the cartridge is almost empty.Maybe me being a lefty has something to do with it?Other than, great pens for a beginner or someone on a tight budget.Regards,Pedro

This pen is below average in almost every regard. Scratchy nib that needed to be tweeked right out of the box, it dries out way too fast, the converter doesn‘t hold it’s fit very well. The fit and finish are decent.

I used to have Parker pens since my high school days, and I still have one of my original pens. It continues to be very serviceable. For many years, Parker did not seem to have a worthwhile line-up, but the newly redesigned Urban did it for me, and I have not regretted buying it. The metal feels solid in my hand, and it posts easily. The writing is smooth and I like the new converter, which is how I fill it, except when traveling - then I like to use cartridges. In short, this is a reasonably priced and very comfortable pen. It is also aesthetically pleasing. For me, Parker has new credibility with this design.

I bought a fountain pen over 10 years ago in Heathrow Airport while travelling. It was the best fountain pen I ever owned, and I was sad when the retaining mechanism finally wore out and the cap wouldn't stay on. Because it would come off in my pocket, I was forced to retire it. I didn't even know where to look for a replacement, but I took a photo of it with my phone and Google Lens came up with the model name, Urban. This pen is every bit as good as the one I bought way back when. It doesn't leak and writes effortlessly the first time every time.
Great staff, great customer service and great product! Keep doing what you already do! Thank you!
Not a great pen. Scratchy nib that leaks as well. I'm happy with the purchase since I bought the pen at a 70% discount, but I would never buy it at anything approaching full price.
