I have tried other similar items (BlueAnt, VR3, etc.) and this is the best by far. It does exactly what a Bluetooth speaker phone should do, and the connection is impeccable. Highly recommended. I'm not someone who needs more advanced options in a device so more tech savvy users may need to investigate this device further.

To people complaining about audio quality, it might be your phone, not this unit. My blackberry doesn't have as good sound quality with this unit as the free phone that came from T-Mobile. People notice they're on speaker with my blackberry, not so on the other phone.

For $70.00 it is cheaper than the best headsets and so far has worked better. Also if you don't want to spend $300-$500 for factory installed or aftermarket system, you cant beat this.

This device seems to work great with standard cell phones(non-pda). After losing patience I gave these to family members. Work flawless with their phones (LG envy)
No rocket science knowledge needed to operate this device. I wished I knew about this before I purchased the VR3 that ended in my trash can the very next day.
After getting so frustrated with my Blue Ant earpiece that I chucked it out the window, I decided I needed something I didn't have to wear. The Minikit looked like it fit the bill. Overall I'm happy with it, though the speaker quality pretty much sucks. Callers sound "tinny" and muffled. So does the female voice used for the menu options. I'm impressed with the battery time. Dunno when the auto-off feature kicks in, but I've driven 45 minutes without needing to turn it back on.
With the Parrot the speaker was louder then I thought and the other person your talking to was loud and clear too. I called my hubby at home and he heard me loud and clear. In fact it was better then useing the phone itself.
I would not recommend this product. It is very poorly designed, and obviously very flawed. I read thru some of the other reviews and I see that I am not the only one this happened to. Buyer beware!
