UNDERCOOKED. THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE FLUFFY, BUT NEED TO BE COOKED MORE TO ELIMINATE THE HARD PLASTICFINISH. I'VE MICROWAVED SOME ON HIGH FOR 4 MINUTES, THEY ARE SLIGHTLY BETTER, BUT SOME STILL HAVE THEOVER HARD FINISH. IF YOU COULD MAKE THEM SOMEWHERE BETWEEN CRACKLETONS AND YOURS, THEY WOULDBE A WINNER. I BROKE A HUGE CHUNK OF FILLING OFF MY BACK TOOTH, SO NOT IMPRESSED.I'VE EATEN PORK SCRATCHINGS FROM THE UK AND ARE WHAT I'VE DESCRIBED ABOVE.

I've always felt tradition packeted "pork crackling" beared as much similarity to the real thing as chicken chips to a BBQ chook.I was.someone sceptical upon reading the reviews of this product but was amazed to find that they do in fact produce a product that is literally just crackling!Imagine this: it's boxing day, you open the fridge to see the plethora of leftovers from Xmas day yesterday. You snap off a cheeky bit of crackling and pop it in your mouth. This is what Pascal's are delivering to you in a packet. The only thing I can think of to make this product better is not with the product itself but with the packaging. A resealable ziplock seam on the 100g packet would be absolutely gold!

These are delicious, but also super convenient to pack, travel with, and eat on the go. I eat a ketogenic diet (Very, very low carb) and these are a great addition. I was particularly attracted to these product at first due to the extremely basic ingredient list of "Pork Skin, Pork Fat, Salt". There are no seed oils snuck in, no preservatives, no surprise chemicals. They're awesome and I struggle to stop at one packet. I order in bulk and keep them in my pantry for when I need to grab a snack in the go out the door.

The product is everything it is described to beHowever it is not to my palletThe portions have a thick layer of fat on the back of them. There is an over powering smell of old pork fat when opening the packet.I have still rated the product highly as all things considered it is exactly as protrayed.

I love these pork scratchings - a little too much !They are very crunchy and delicious. There's not a product like on the Oz market that I'm aware of.The only thing I can comment on is there's a bit too much fat on each piece.I will admit to scraping the excess fat off.Australia post treated my latest delivery like a soccer ball but the packets weren't damaged.
I have been searching for English style scratchings for many years while living in Australia and I can safely say the search is over. The best trick is to have them delivered to work , so your wife never knows about your devilish little secret..Lets face it , they are not the snack you can eat quietly.Thansk
Totally the best scratchings ever Juicy, succulent pork fat. Perfect amount of salt. Made to to old school English recipe.. Always crispy and delicious skin. The wife and I cannot stop eating these perfect morsels. Perfect if you're on a carnivore way of eating or just want to lose weight.
Juicy, succulent pork fat. The right amount of salt. Made to perfection. Crispy and flavoursome skin. The best on the market. Can't stop eating these. Perfect if you're on a carnivore way of eating or just want to lose weight.
FB Marketplace buy - so had an open mind when receiving. Not only was i immensley impressed but when i shared them with work colleagues, they all hoped on the website and ordered as well. They are very moorish, so glad i bought the 100g packet so i dont eat all in one go. Just placed my 2nd order (and doubled up). Love the free standard shipping on orders over $45.
