Took me 15 min to unbox and put together. Seems like it will work for simple workouts and as coat rack in 6 mo. Lol. Seriously though, I am 5' 10" 270, seated or partially reclined is ok. Definitely would not be for someone taller. The foam ankle and behind the knee cushions are just a little too close together and meant for someone with a slightly shorter lower leg. I fit, but a 6' person probably not. Also, most of my head is above the back rest. The seat cushion is just barely wide enough to support my bone structure (not counting my extra) and slightly better than sitting on a wood plank. No slivers at least. So, for less than $100 and something that may only get used for an ambitious 3 or 4 weeks. It's great.

Not sure about its max weight limit, but perfectly appropriate for at-home exercises. Been using it for a couple of weeks, no complaints. I must also add that it's of a surprisingly good quality for the price.
