As a lifelong Patagonia customer, I’m said to report this shirt is quite possibly the worst piece clothing I’ve ever purchased from this otherwise great company. The first major issue I have is the sizing of the shirt. I almost always wear an XL (6’1” 190lbs), but this XL was more like an XXL or worse. I tried drying it over and over, but no joy. Now it’s a very large, square. My second issue is the weight of the fabric. If you. It has to be similar to what the old timers wore miserably schlepping around in the Sierra Nevadas in the 1800’s.I bought two in different colors, both had the same fit and finish. I never review products, but after burning $95, I thought I would share my experience.

Graphics on the back of the t-shirt are horrible when carrying a backpack as they dont breathe well. Please bring back your 100% organic cotton construction designs with front side graphics. These wear well and last for years. Im not the only person who shares this opinion. Ive conducted my own convenience sample intercepts at retail and discovered the same sentiment. Consumers are disappointed in this design and construction. Please have your product manager test future designs carry a pack or mountain biking before sending these to market. I wont be purchasing your t-shirts until you rectify this product flaw. Also, from a branding perspective, consumers wear your identity as a badge of honor and want it visible on their chest. They cant see it on their backs. So ... MoreGraphics on the back of the t-shirt are horrible when carrying a backpack as they dont breathe well. If you're buying this, honestly, you probably already know how patagonia shirts and clothing in general fits; generally billowy and oversized. If you have an athletic build, this isn't going to look that good on you, IMO. But again, you probably know this. This thickness is real nice; the thickest t shirt I own. Feels like it will last a long time.Patagonia goes on and on about all the environmental stuff, but the shirt came wrapped in a plastic bag. A little disappointed in that. Why??? The envelope mailer was fully cardboard/paper though.

This is my favorite brand, and really love the quality. This T shirt fits perfect is nice and soft. Great fit and very comfortable. True to size and looks great. I'm 5'8" and 204. I chose a XL based on the size chart and the fit is nice. I'm really happy with my purchase overall. I would still highly recommend this T Shirt to anyone looking for sustainable and high quantity. It stylish comfortable, and environmentally friendly. I would order more.
I love Patagonia shirts; they’re all super high quality and well made with thick, quality cotton rather than super thin, cheaply made shirts that stretch out after a few wears. They keep their proper shape and don’t stretch out and look awful after a few washes, they’re just very well made tshirts (that are also made with the environment in mind and use recycled content, etc.) and that’s why they cost more than similar tshirts from other companies. Most people see the price of these shirts and think it’s over priced, but it’s significantly higher quality and absolutely worth the additional price in every way. They also look nice, and these particular shirts are cool because every color shirt has its own unique different colored background in the Patagonia logo. I got the black one, as I think the particular bright colors on the logo look best and the colors are stacked in a nice order as well. It’s also got orange in it which is my favorite color, and the other colors look nice against the orange as well as all the colors against the black shirt. I also personally like front pocket tshirts; I know a lot of people don’t but when they’re done right, they look nice, and these are done right and is flattering, unlike most other tshirts with chest pockets. If you typically don’t like the front pocket style, I’d say give these a shot befayee they’re better and more flattering than any others are.
This was actually the first Patagonia product I ever bought, and I had no idea what to expect on purchase. After months of wearing it and keeping it in the top of my drawer -- I actually own 4 more! The responsibili-T cotton is so soft, and it feels great to wear; it's got a very sturdy and comforting feel, without feeling bulky or overly heavy. It's such a unique-feeling material, and it keeps me warm on cool days, without making me sweat on hot ones. The shirts look great on their own and pair well with everything. It does run a little big, but I think the slightly boxy / relaxed fit works well on most guys (I bought these in size M, since that's what I normally buy from other brands, but you can tell it has a relaxed fit on me). If you're on the cusp of two sizes (I'm between an S and and M), I would recommend sizing down for a more "traditional" fit, and sizing up for a "boxy" fit. Regardless, the shoulders and top of chest fit well regardless of size, so it's mostly down to the torso! You can't go wrong either way, honestly.
This is a medium weight cotton T-shirt - very comfortable - but . . . the material used to make these shirts results in pilling BIG time on the frontside neckline (collar) with fairly normal wear after only three weeks - mostly due to chin/throat beard rub - now it just doesn't look good to wear in public - a quality material shouldn't/wouldn't do that - I own much less expensive T-Shirts that I've worn for years without this happening. C'mon, Patagonia - don't skimp on using good material for wear n' tear ability - I pay more for your brand because I don't expect this to happen !
The shirt is trendy. I saw it on social media everywhere. I found this website while googling it. I'm glad I found it. customer service is amazing, the shirt quality is fantasied. I cannot wait to wear it. Price is unbeatable here. Don't hesitate to buy it. Patagonia you never let me down. Quality, quality and quality!
I am a big fan of the Responsibili-tee line of products. The sizing is not too snug and the material rarely wrinkles. This is a simple shirt for whenever I am kicking around the house, running errands, or doing some light outdoor activities. I also appreciate that this shirt is constructed from recycled materials. My only wish is that Patagonia made a Responsibilitee without the big back logos.
I love this t-shirt from Patagonia. It's not one of those t-shirts that is so cheaply made that it wrinkles up or shrinks or stretches in the neck after a few wears and washes. It has a good amount of weight and I think it'll last a while. The Small on this product seems to be slightly larger than other Small t-shirts from Patagonia, but it fit me perfectly (5'7" / 150 lbs).
