I've heard a lot about the company and really wanted to try a few products for myself. I purchased a hoody, a reversible jacket and a bomber jacket. All of them for light winter or falls weather. I did not expect them to be really warm jackets. I really loved the quality of the hoody and it feels comfortable. However the other two jackets turned out to be of really bad quality. I did not expect them to be so cheaply made (Super thin fabric, no under arm vent, no deep pockets, no secret pockets, cheap zippers, ugly colors) with the whole idea being cost reduction of manufacturing. I am not sure who is designing these jackets :( Are they this way because the company must use earth friendly recycled and scrap fabric for supporting our Planet? I will keep these jackets for now and try them out a few times. I hope I can change my mind. the website is really old design and buggy at times. It is hard to do anything on it. They must invest in redesigning the website and make it a responsive design. Scrolling, filtering should not be that hard for customers. I must say the customer facing representatives are really friendly and super helpful.

Really comfy and handy light layer, like a light zip sweatshirt. But. First purchase, my leather-gloved hand merely brushed the pocket while shoveling, and the sticktion tore the top of the pocket out. Patagonia graciously replaced it, which was terrific. Jacket lasted only a few more weeks, when it merely grazed the edge of my truck’s door trim - where countless other shirts and jackets had with no ill effect - but the poor patagonia Hoody snagged and tore open. Patagonia kindly accepted it for return.Loved the Hoody. Do miss it. But it’s built for… a delicate life. The material is like the lightest of jacket liners in hand. Wish Patagonia made the same item with a more durable fabric.
The good: After almost 2 years of wear, this jacket is still in almost perfect condition and as warm as ever. Realistically, this is my favorite jacket due to the comfortability, warmth, and casual fit.The meh: One thing I noticed immediately was that this jacket is not very breathable. I admit that I have a high metabolism, but I find myself drenched in sweat if I forget to take it off inside. This, however, is a good way of showing how warm it can be. Another thing that's so-so is that the waist band elastic seems to run high and has tightened over the years. It still stretches fine, but it sits just above the belt-line to give a sorta weird fit when it's zipped up.
