This is by far my favourite Patagonia product. It is a must for the cold and wet wintery days. When I lived in Ontario, it was a necessity for my daily commutes to campus and even in -20 weather, I was warm. I didn't have to layer up which was key for commuting on the bus!I moved to the West Coast last summer and had my first Raincouver winter and this sweater was the perfect piece to wear under my shell. It kept me warm and cozy on the dreary Vancouver days. I love it so much I bought 2 more!10/10 would recommend

As I write this, I am wearing a Lightweight Synchilla Snap T that is almost 15 years old and is still in perfect condition. My wife has one that is more than 20 years old and is still going strong. They are warm, never go out of style and last forever. Some people gripe about the lack of pockets = point taken. The fit is "relaxed", meaning if you want layers underneath, go with your regular size; but if not, you can easily size down. I wear an XL in everything else Patagonia but I have this one and one of the heavier model both in Size L. Lots of people complain about the lint they throw off; so the first thing you should do with a new one is toss it into the washing machine = problem solved. Never, never, NEVER put these in the dryer! There's really only one problem with this iconic garment: You'd better choose your color carefully, because like being married you're gonna be enjoying the view for a long, LONG time!

This pullover is brutal. It sheds tons of little beige fibers all over anything and everything it touches. It might as well be made of glitter. I own 5-6 synchillas in varying Color-ways and Ive never had this issue with any of them. Its almost completely unwearable because once you put in on you're covered in fibers. Ive washed/dried it over 10 times and it still hasnt gotten any better. Ive tried lint-rolling it endlessly in hopes theres a limit to the shedding, but it never gets better. Buy a different color way, the oatmeal and navy is an actual nightmare. (Never thought Id be so dramatic over a pullover but here we are lol)
