This is perfect if like me, you are batch cooking. One jar makes 4 meals for the two of us. Personally, we leave out the ginger but bulk up with extra veg (sweet potato, butternut squash, courgettes etc). Sometimes we eat it with rice and other times we have it with naan and a side salad.

A nice lightly spiced sauce, plenty in the jar for a large family meal. The kids ate this and had not touched curry before. It has a good authentic flavour and if you want a bit of spice add some extra chilli.

Good flavoured curry paste mix but use less than recommended if you like a mild curry and definitely add coconut milk too. I prefer curry paste to curry sauce jars as firstly it works out less expensive as I can make 4 currys with one jar of paste and secondly I can make to my taste by adding as little or more as I want so it’s not too spicy. Impressed there were no artificial additives too. I tried this as part of a promotion and would buy again.

We love a good curry and this is a fantastic, easy meal. The kids like it as it's not a spicy one - I like a Madras with a little more heat, but this has a lovely flavour to it. Add chicken or lamb with cream or yoghurt and its a fantastic meal.
Packed full of flavor without much heat. A little goes along way. I've made one (quite large) meal so far and its barely made a dent in the jar. Add it to the onion, garlic and ginger, fry then add the rest of the ingredients and more liquid, coconut milk is great for making a particularly creamy curry.
Chicken Korma is my favourite curry and this paste is great when I don't have the time to make a sauce from scratch. It is very creamy, smooth and has the authentic taste that I expect from a Korma sauce. The coconut flavour is just right and it does not taste different from a sauce that I have made from scratch.
Great taste, less waste. Concentrated and so less waste. Tastes good, worth buying a few 'jar sealers' as well, or batch cooking. But love the no waste, almost no water, idea.
A spicy paste which adds to the overall taste of the meal. Creamy and easy to use. Left it to marinate which added to the resulting taste. Long lasting if left in fridge (but mine got eaten fairly rapidly it was so good!)
I really like this product. It is easy to use & covienient in that is does not all need to be used at once & keeps well in the fridge. The consistency of the paste helps make a creamy flavoursome Korma. I like to add Prawns, vegtables or meat based subsitutes. Purchased as part of a promotion.
This is such a simple way of making a dish that needs to go a long way - i love that i can get eight portions out of this. It has a lovely flavour especially when adding coconut milk for a creamy korma. I make mine using chicken or prawns if I want a lighter dish.
