Makes a lovely creamy Korma. I made with paneer and served with pilau rice and naan. Tasted great and enjoyed by the whole family even the younger ones who are not too fond of a curry.

This sauce is so quick and easy to prepare a beautiful tasting Chicken Korma. The coconut taste was lovely. Lots of other flavours came through too thanks to the numerous spices in this sauce proving that mild doesn't mean boring but actually quite delicious!

Very flavourful, mild korma sauce. lovely coconut flavour and hint of nuttiness. Used with potatoes and beef to make a massaman style curry. The whole family enjoyed.
So delighted to find that this sauce is gluten free so i didn't need to make something separate for our daughter. It was ideal for our left over turkey, very creamy with a warm, spicy flavour that the whole family enjoyed. Very good value, on a multi buy offer.
This is a hit in our family as I have young children, and they tend to not like spicy food. This, they absolutely loved. We had it with chicken, rice, poppadom and naan bread. It was a big hit, plenty of sauce and can recommend this. Will buy again.
The best of all the curry sauces is Pataks.It's gluten free and I use Quorn pieces to make a quick mid week curry with Asda's lovely garlic and coriander naan bread.I'm not vegetarian but to be honest if you're watching your pennies and you try to keep to as low fat as possible it's a great dish. Also you use very little fuel, (stove top cooking, naan 1 minute under grill) and Asda's long grain micro rice which u cook on the stove for about two minutes too.
As a regular buyer I was extremely dissatisfied. The recipe has definitely changed, the sauce is very thick and tastes of turmeric powder only. I thought it might have been a bad batch but I have received exactly the same sauce last week. I won’t be buying again.
This sauce was enjoyed by my family as we had Indian night. As expensive to buy takeaway this tastes better than takeaway. We enjoyed eating with rice and naan bread. The sauce was added to chicken pieces not too spicy lovely and creamy sauce.
Changed! I've enjoyed this for years, but now the label says "creamier." The sauce itself is now a thick sludge needing a lot of water for thorough extraction from the jar. It's also now intensely yellow and ultra smooth -- no more lovely flakes of coconut, only the odd tiny bit. Also, there is a strong aroma of cinnamon upon opening the jar, and I could really taste extra cinnamon in the "sauce." Not disgusting, but totally different. I'm disappointed by this latest change as I really used to love this.
