I bought the replacement screen as I didn't want to buy the entire door again. Screen for perfectly. Unfortunately it did take several weeks to come in even though the estimate arrival was only a week.

The company changed the sizes and the replacement flap doesn't fit the 4 years old pet door.It should have been mentioned on their website that it will only fit newer models...
Great quality, just would have been good if it included instructions on how to fit it.
Our previous dog door was the same brand and was a medium size but the new flap is wider than the old space and is useless
Product is great. Fits perfectly and was easy to replace. Online instructions bit misleading though - text states you need to remove the whole face of the door, but as per the video you only need to open up the flap holder clip to replace the flap.
Quality of product was great but was missing any installation instructions. Though it was simple enough to figure out and install. Much cheaper than buying a whole new dog door.
Excellent solution to and exuberant dog who wants to get in.
The new flap has a different width & thickness top ridge for fitting to the door.It simply falls out of the older style door.Totally useless.
