Arrived fairly quickly in a non propriety box. Might be a good product if all of it arrived and the complaint about the missing bits (bolts) was addressed in the same amount of time as the original delivery. Still haven't arrived and even after second complaint issued no indication of what or when a simple and small missing piece will be resolved.

Bought this for my granddaughter......she absolutely loves this and uses it with her desk in her room...when she has finished the stool fits perfectly under the desk and is out of the way

Excellent product at reasonable price for our purpose.I should have seen this before trying to buy a chair from Desky which cost more than 4 times the price and the chair does not function correctly as promised and still trying to resolve issue.

Levi XL Pet Bed - 20kg Beagle occupancy; fabric hammock lasted 2 days before splitting on grey fabric attaching hammock to front frame. $59 bed + $59 ship fee = inferior product. Added two Pauline stools to the order to ease the pain the ship fee evoked. Bolt on one stool faulty. What are the odds on 2 out of 3 items being faulty in a single order? QA department - would score them zero stars.
Hi, I just assembled the stool today and I noticed there is a welding mark on the stool. I assume it will affect the lasting of the chair which I can feel a bit of movement where the welding mark is when my family member sit on it.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from here, the quality was horrendous and the parts did not even actually fit together or stay together. I had to throw out the parts because it was completely unusable - waste of my money.
I looked everywhere to find these sort of stools. You would think that they would be a common stool. But there not. Thank goodness Fantastic Furniture had them. Delivery was quick. I have bought a few things from here and highly recommend there products and service.
Stool is of a good quality and provides the features we require i.e. portability (with castor wheels) and the ability to raise/lower the height of the seat. Only available via online purchase however that process was efficient.Hard to fault
The product is ideal for my intended use - in the kitchen and is used to avoid standing around whilst prepping meals or washing up.The assembly instructions were left wanting in only one area - they did not show the protective cap on the lift assembly, since my cap was stuck on, I didn't know I had to remove it - but a quick trip to a FF Store solved the mystery by the helpful staff.
Thought this was going to be great at my computer.But it is very hard on the backside and not comfy at all.Really have no use for it now.
