Place one of the enclosed hooks on a pup's back, attach to the top of the zip line and watch the pup zip down to the bottom. There is even a elevator that works by clicking a lever up and down and what my kids love the most is the trap door they place a pup on it, push the button and it is suppose to fall into a placed car, push the lever and watch the car shoot out of the base and speed across the room. My kids never seem to tire playing with the tower and are always inviting friends over to play along with them.

Fun but confusing

Grandma bought this toy for our boys. They were so excited about it and are so happy with it. We set it up, and it's easy enough for a child who's made Lego kits to follow your instructions and do it themselves, except for pushing hard enough to get the pieces locked in. I will say, we were all a bit confused, and you could see it on the kids' faces, when we popped the batteries in and they heard (supposedly) Ryder's voice, as well as all the pups'. They're all British. "Uh oh, Chickaletter is in trouble!" "Mighty Mah-shall, we have an emah-gency!" Plus the song that plays is not from the show. So a bit confusing as the sounds are not familiar from the show.A little disappointing to the kids was that only two garage doors (of 7) open. The two that do open don't connect underneath as you'd expect. And as a previous rater said, from where the zipline (?) swings the pups down, they cannot directly drop into their vehicle. Not a huge deal however.You get one pup (Chase) and his vehicle. Now they're incessantly asking when we can buy the rest of the pups (thanks Paw Patrol!!)First day in, kids are super happy with it. Let's see how long that lasts ;) Not recommending cuz it's the British version, it's huge, and I don't like toys that make your kids ask for more toys LOL. This is definitely a grandma purchase!

Good, but

Bought for Christmas 2022 for our three year old. Super fast dispatch. Well packaged.It is a bit of a fuss to put together but nothing too difficult, no screws or tools required.Found we had a problem in that the elevator does not extend all the way to the top without some (adult) force. This is because there is a manufacturing fault with the clips of one of the doors sticking out too far so the elevator cannot extend all the way up. Spoke to customer services who offered a modest refund to compensate.So it works and our little Paw Patrol fan is happy but it doesn’t work as well as it is meant to. Which for £80Plus all the characters is pretty disappointing and frustrating

Great grandson likes it

Its just as my six year old great grandson imagined. Its noisy - he likes it. It lights up - he likes it. It has a zip line for the little puppy characters to slide down - he likes it. It has a trap door for the little puppy characters to drop into the little vehicles - he likes it. Actually, hes thrilled with it. We have sticker/point system whereby he accumulated stickers that translate into dimes so he can buy what he wants. He can earn four each day for things he must do, and can earn potential extras for above and beyond. He saved his dimes until he accumulated 1,200 cents or $120.00. It took him months to earn the tower. Hes very happy with it and what he accomplished. Im 80 and not too thrilled with the noise, but he likes it so its okay. The Chase that comes with the tower is a cheap lightweight model that doesn't have any sound effects. The zipline isn't the easiest to connect to their backpacks for small fingers, and it doesn't go down smoothly, somethimes getting stuck halfway. When you put the pup on the pad so it can drop into its vehicle you have to be really precise or else it just misses the vehicle completely. The old tower had a periscope you could actually look through whereas this doesn't. and the vehicles don't fit into their spaces so it just looks chunky and messy. I would have liked if it had more activities to do with it. It is really overpriced, and my four year ... MoreWhere to start! Lights and sound never worked, unhelpful response

This was a Christmas present for our paw patrol mad daughter. Assembled on Christmas Day. The lights and sounds never worked from day 1 (probably due to the delivery courier throwing this in its box over a 6ft wall into our garden). Smyths response has been totally inadequate - either pack it up and return it (depriving our daughter of her main Christmas present - and everyone who has ever put together a toy like this will know it’s impossible to take apart). Or come into a Smyths store (I don’t drive and I can’t take a 3ft heavy toy on the bus with me!!). Bitterly disappointed we spent so much on this present and one of its key features does not work and Smyths response has been so unhelpful. I will probably end up having to take a taxi at cost into smyths to resolve.

Missing parts, some parts not working

It was a dream toy for Christmas for my son. We unpacked it put it together only to find out the part connecting zip line is missing. We looked everywhere but it wasn't in thd box in the first place. Some functions aren't working at all. It looks like it was sold before us. I also wrote this review on Christmas day but it's not here so I am waiting it again. My husband is on his way to the store with it now. Very disappointed. Very sad little boy. For a €100 toy it is appalling!!! Do not buy.

Not as good as My Size Tower & broken parts straight out of box

I was super excited to get this for my son; even with cost. But I found great sales, loaded up on the mighty pup merchandise. With discounts, I spent only half of the budget I planned on Christmas so, again super happy. Got it (not in a box to hide it, so that was annoying, but whatever) wrapped it in original boxes; he opened it. Loved them. Then came assembly.....Part of why I was ok having a Mighty Pup set, as well as Orginal set, is I was so satisfied by the quality of the toys. My son is tough, tough on toys and they have held up amazingly.So I was shocked by the poor quality of all the mighty pup figures and toys. On top of that, the main disappointment is the Mighty Pup Tower, it was broken right out of the box. I wish they were the same quality as before. If you can help it, stick with the original Paw Patrol toys.

The usual let down For Paw Patrol

My daughter likes it - that’s the main thing. £80 seems steep, but for Paw Patrol this is actually more for your money than most items.Now here we go - instructions really not as hard as reviews have made out.Large instruction sticker - completely unnecessary which came apart whilst pulling off leaving horrible sticky marks and taking a while to remove.The zip wire is awful and the pup does not slide down properly as it gets stuck. It’s not at a steep enough angle.The trap door as people have said, one side does not fully close and it is rare that Chase lands in the car standing up.Overall nice idea - BUT poorly made and overpriced as usual for Paw Patrol.
