Horrible customer service. I purchased an item and the listing stated multiple times it included a dog crate, crate cover and pet bed. I only received the crate and pet bed with customer service advising the cover is not included. They have removed my ability to write a review on the item in question.

We've had this tree for just over 12 months and from about 2 months it became wobbly and we put boxes under one of the floor levels to stabilise it. Now one of the upright supports has completely broken and the tree is no longer usable. When first purchasing the tree we had no idea that it's life expectancy would be so short. :( :( :(

Hagrid loves it. I love it. It's been a great addition to the home and is providing a better quality of life for my indoor boy. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any future products from petpawz. Highly recommended.

I wanted the height as the cats sleep on a top bunk and this is their means to get up and down... Its a great tower, just a little unstable because of the height. My cats are also pretty big adults so the actual platforms are a bit small. However if I had the choice to buy it again I still would. Easy to put together and exactly as shown. thanks

The structure is solid and my kittens would live in it if I let them but I'm a bit disappointed with the way the fabric is attached to the upright pieces. The seams don't line up (so good luck hiding them by positioning them to face inwards or a wall) and have gaping parts and folds... My kittens have already managed to make holes in the fabric that started off not quite attached to the posts. Also, some of the hardware had incorrect quantities - I was able to make do with a swap but it took much longer than it should to put together as a result. The deal I got on the item is the price I would expect to pay for the quality I received. I'd be truly disappointed if I'd paid full price. Love this! It is huge haha but my cat couldn't wait to start using it.. literally was scratching the posts before it was finished assembling! It's sturdy for its height and easy to move around once assembled. Assembly itself is a bit involved but doable If you want your cat to have its own kingdom/queendom, this cat tree is for you

Look I’m happy with the product under the circumstances. 1. I am missing a pole which I have still failed to receive a reply about. Quite annoying as I paid so much and waited so long to have a missing part. 2. I am super happy with the height and how it goes together ect, but if my cat was any bigger (she’s only 3kg and small) it would be unusable. The platforms are so tiny and it’s not super stable. 3. For what I paid the quality is okay, but if it was full price I would be asking for a refund as the material is not put on the product very well and was already coming apart when putting tower together.

Value for money! This scratching tower is the perfect tower for my two kitty's. It's so tall which makes it far more interesting for them and the hanging pom poms and toys keep them entertained for hours. Having indoor cats I feel bad that they can't go outside and so this tower is perfect for them.

Cat Tree is worth every cent.

Insanely great Value for money. My 2 Persian Kittens love this tree. I was worried ordering from Bunnings online and getting postage but it came only a week later and in excellent packed condition. Very easy to build with tools supplied.Im very happy.

good fun for cats

Our little kitten loves his new tower pole house. He uses it every day. I have recommended it my sister for her kitten too. Easy to put together although the instrutctions could come with a picture of what is should look like once completed. The very top shelf is a little wobbly but the kitten still sleeps up there
