The quality was totally unexpected. Have had two from another company which were not a patch on this one. Highly recommend your fabulous product. By the way my baby dog does also.

I measured my dog and bought the 70 com bedWhen it arrived it was too small for my dogSo i emailed to exchange itI was told i had to pay for postage back to themAnd i could buy another size of the same bed same colour !?$38 to post it backI when buying i read if you want to exchange Postage was free if unused and packaging in good contitionDog had never even sat in itIt was put back in undamaged box and plastic bag it came in andBut i was emailed back that it wasn't an exchange they saidI couldn't afford the $38 postageSo ive had to to keep the Medium bedWas so disappointed

I have now bought two replacement covers. Both zips have completely broken off after the 3rd wash which I do by hand, as soon as you go to pop it back together you can feel the zip is flimsy. They are extremely poor quality. Luckily it has just been the inside zip so far so I can still manage to use them. I can tell the outside zips will go soon also. They compare themselves to similar brands to how cheap they are, but the material used just proves you get what you pay for. The material is so thin you can actually see the bed inserts through them. You do not get this at all with the other brands, which have lasted years and are of a thick material. The photos make them look so thick and fluffy!

Juno just LOVES her new bed. Sorry, I can't do a photo, but her preference was always a cuddle on the couch after dinner, but now ....... her bed ......Cosy, warm, snuggly. Not sure what else to say. She loves it!! And removable, washable cover! Can't ask for much more. :)

We got the bed a size up for our pup and he absolutely loves it!! It’s so soft and the padding is the perfect level of firm to give it structure but also soft enough he can cuddle into it. Best purchase, especially in these winter months
