A major disappointment. Advertised has featuring a shape generous thick filling, it is anything but. I bought it as a larger replacement for one from Kmart which turned out a little small for the dog. The Kmart one however has a much thicker and shape holding structure. This cheap imitation is like a deflated pool lounge. I don't know what people got to give it such good reviews, but mine will be returned.

This bed is incredible value for money. I cannot believe how enormous it is and how cheap. This is definitely the best deal around. I bought an XXXL for my German Shepherd and she has so much room to flop all over the bed and roll around on it - it is enormous. She absolutely loves it - from the second I unwrapped it she launched herself onto it and remained snuggled in its plush surface. A smaller size would have wrapped around her better but she loves to sprawl so the larger size works for her! I would highly recommend this bed to any pet owner.

Very disappointed. Advertising is very misleading. Picture indicates bed is a lot thicker. I purchased two and it was costly. I feel the company is dishonest about the product they sell. Kmart has the same for half the price and double the thickness. Your morals and values are very questionable. Not sure how you think it is acceptable to be so misleading.

The calming pet bed (teal) was purchased at the same time as the calming blanket. We haven’t used the bed yet as we are waiting until the weather cools down a bit, but the blanket has been a complete and instant ‘hit’ with our boxer and I have no doubt he will be absolutely thrilled to snuggle into the bed as well. Getting him out of it will be the challenge!!It is beautifully soft. That the cover can be removed for washing is a wonderful bonus.

Hi,We purchased the bed a week before we got our little mini daschund puppy. We even paid express shipping fees. We received the bed (after chasing aus post and your team), 3 weeks after we got the puppy.None the less, we were happy to happy it at the time. Our puppy found the zip under the bed and managed to pull it open. Upon inspection, we found that the zip was way to easy to pull apart. It would come apart without even trying. Needless to say this fascinated our little puppy and he wanted to play with it.The bed is completely useless to us now and we had to go buy a cheaper sturdy one with a tough zip.We are not happy with the product and would like appreciate it if you could get back to us with regards to this feedback.Thank you,Gerson.

Hi guys,Just some feedback on my purchase of these two dog beds.They are most definitely not like the picture on your website. I have 8 dogs all need high padding on their beds as they are prone to arthritis, and spinal issues. So I thought that these beds would be perfect as they appeared to have firm, high padding, as pictured.Both beds are very flat and the outer padding for head resting etc, is at the same height as the rest of the bed. So it's not raised at all, it's as flat as the inner part where the dogs lay on. I was going to purchase another 6 if they turned out to be great, but they were disapointing, so im afraid that I wouldn't be purchasing any more in the future.Thank youWarm RegardsLisa.

Great dog bed at a great price. Pups love it. Very comfy and soft. The removable cover means I can always keep the beds clean!I would like to know if you can buy the two bedding inserts separately.I bought a spare cover thinking I could use it for an existing bed. I didn't realise that the filling is made up of two separate inserts. One is a doughnut shape and goes around the outside and the second is a small pillow that sits at the bottom. This is great to keep the shape of the bed but it means you can't interchange the removable cover for your other beds.

Very soft and and the colour is magnificent. Took me a while to work out how it went together after a while I worked it out! Not sure instructions came with them as I just threw everything our not thinking there would be any complications! Then after having a fight with the donut for half hour I realised I should have done the centre first. But now all good. Main thing is that the doggies and the bunny love it and I just love the colour.

Looks nothing like the pictures, besides the colour perhaps.Definitely has zero structure and just flattens like a pancake as soon as our dog sat on it. We have to have it on top of another bed with memory foam for our dog to even want to sit on it. It's not plump like the pictures at all.Only good thing about it, is how soft it is & that the cover is removable.Would not recommend.
