Just didn’t work for my dog. Wheel in front sits forward meaning a dog with mobility issues can’t readily get in. Entry from the rear and it tips up.Returned for refund 2 weeks ago and despite not being fit for purpose had to pay postage. Contacted them several times about my refund (AusPost says has been collected) no response. So not a great experience all round.

The handle is set in one position and very high up. The front wheel is set and do not turn, very difficult and highly uncomfortable to steer.
It is so much easy to take our Patsy in the public transport rather than in her heavy crate. Our Patsy loves it.
Really happy with service, quick delivery and product 1st class. My puppy loves it. Great value.
Rated to support 40kg and it was barely able to hold our 20kg dog. Extremely hard to steer in tight spaces, eg lifts, corridors and cannot be steered one handed, so if your dog is on a lead next to the stroller, you cannot steer the stroller at all. Really big and bulky, takes up a lot of space.
