Ok, so wow!! Easy to set up and work out. The cats were ultra excited, ha. The first time it cleaned they both (2yo and 1yo Burmese) went flying over to investigate. A few days later, I even found one of the cats curled up in there. Super relieved that the automatic litter cleaning function actually works and works brilliantly.I actually have no complaints at all. I love it and importantly, so do the cats.

Our Foxy and Jimmy are taking full advantage of their new bathroom. We have nicknamed it 'their egg spaceship'. It took them 6hrs to first use it, then three days to use is for more than 'number 1's'. It would be great if more than one cat's profile could be listed as then we would be able to track bathroom habits easier as one of our cat's is a renal cat and we need to monitor their intake and output. The instructions could be a smidge clearer and there could also be a clearer explanation of the app.Otherwise, our fur babies seem to use it well and it is definitely more convenient.

This leads to solid waste sometimes being stuck to the sides where there should be litter. Also, the instructions are not clear with regard to the buttons and functions. There apparently is a way to adjust the delay after the cat uses the litter box and before the cleaning starts, but it remains a mystery even after researching online and watching a few YouTube videos. Arrived quickly and packaged very well. Easy to assemble & set up. I was a bit worried my cat wouldn't use it as when I first took her over to check it out she got scared and took off but I left it set up (still had her normal one as well) and waited to see what would happen. A few days later I discovered she had been using it and she still is. Awesome no more cleaning stinky trays and having cat litter scattered everywhere, she is a digger and likes to spread the joy lol. Would definitely recommend this product.

I shouted myself this for my birthday. Best purchase. No more cat litter all over my floor. The kittens took to it straight away. The only thing I found frustrating was the instruction book but now that I've pulled it apart and cleaned it and put it back together I have a much better understanding of it. No more scooping poop for this little black duck.

I'm a little disappointed.... I've had to 'fish out' that red plastic 'stopper' things from the poop tray a number of times. They keep coming out which also means I get kitty litter out of those holes... I'm still getting a 'lot' of kitty litter all over the floor and in the house. That grate isn't really doing much to grab this litter as it sticks to their feet. I don't remember seeing what type of kitty litter I should use, but I kept using my 'flushable' litter, and it doesn't seem to go well in your system. There's lots more I could say, but it's 1am and I need to go to bed....

Big fan! Cats love it, only issue is cleaning it out, my other machine has an empty mode, this one if you want to empty completely you need a little shovel.Doesn't really smell, love the blue lights, that helps the smell, the machine scoops really good. If a lot of pee accumulates in the bottom some red lights will come , you can use the scoop it comes with to lossen it all up.Love the step, really helps catch any little on the cats feet.The height of it is great, cats can get in and out really well.Highly recommended, only issue as previously mentioned is I wish it had a empty function to completly change the littler to freshen it up

I wish I had bought one of these earlier! A few things worth noting.....*A bag of clumping cat litter I got from Coles for $3.50 lasted a fortnight. I have two cats sharing the litter.* The app is handy as it tells you how many times it gets used, for how long and when to change the litter.* A bit clunky to clean, but the video on the Pawz page when you purchase shows how to do it step by step.*I have only been changing the bags second daily and all smell is contained.* It comes with a roll of bags so you don't have to buy the big lot straight away.PURCHASE OF THE YEAR!!!!!

I just finished setting mine up and my cat "Mogadee" couldn't wait and used it straight away - ignoring his old litter tray which was sitting next to it. However, I would say it is pretty large and I needed to reorganise my laundry to fit it in. Mogadee did a large poo and came out of the unit and unfortunately a tail end dropped on the step - maybe he was checking it out cause he then went back in to bury his business and the light turned green. Some minutes later, after he had left, the unit shut the door and self-cleaned so it would seem to work. My partner and I got this for our kitten and he loves it. The second day we got him he was using it!! At 10 weeks! He loves always having a clean litter to use, he always comes out ready to play. Our kitten isn’t scared of the noise it makes either but was rather interested in learning where it was coming from, but this robot litter isn’t to loud but some cats might have to get used to it. The app is also easy to use. Removal of the washable parts is really easy too. I recommend this for all my cat owner friends.
