Very very disappointed in your product. Previously I purchased a smaller one when she was a puppy. Not sure who I ordered it through but it had a removable cover and was full and fluffy. This one has minimal filling and quite flat with no removable cover and therefore will not fit in my machine. Struggling to get a refund for a inferior product when their site says 30 day full refund guarantee. They are not giving me the refund, still waiting.

Purchased the non-removable pet calming bed after umming and ahhing about what the quality may be like for an online purchase. Soft and comfortable but material very thin and doesn’t take much to tear through and expose the stuffing. Several holes within a few days of use. Disappointing. Paid $52 (after additional discount applied) and found not really worth this. Only consolation being I didn’t pay full price.

It is okay. Very soft and my dog can snuggle into it. It certainly doesn’t look like the very plump bed in the advert photo though. There isn’t a lot of stuffing and the stuffing that is there is quite lumpy and uneven. In the add it says you can soak the bed in a bath with some bicarb etc to wash it and then put it out to dry. As I have a large bed I very much doubt that I would be able to wring out the soaked bed enough, carry it through the house to then place it outside to dry. I think it would also take a very long time to dry.

These beds are more like pancakes compared to the photos on the website. They are flat and can feel the floor though thr bottom padding. Other brands are FULL and elevate dog's off the ground, these are like they are sleeping on the floor still. My dog's spend a long time trying to get comfortable and choose the more expensive one every time. These beds are the same standards as mats on the floor. Dissapointed. The material is nice however, would be better with firmer stuffing.

I watched the video on your website of the lady opening her vacuum sealed bag and it expanding and I was excited to open mine and have it look like the video. My bed did not expand or look anywhere near as full as the photos or video’s. I am very happy that I did not pay full price as the middle of the bed had very little stuffing / padding even when I tried to fluff it! After buying your bed I actually went to Kmart and purchased the same style bed (almost the same size) and it was much better quality for 1/3 of the price. I’m hoping that I got a dud and the other ones you sell are much fuller. Thank you.

I was begining to think this item would not arrive,well over the eta. This dog bed was not very expensive and the quality was reflected in the price. My little dog loves to snuggle down in it, but the bed offers no support. The high walls are very flimsy and a bigger dog would not find it appealing as it would essentially become a flat mat. I purchased this one because it stated that the cover could be washed, but the only way you could take the cover off would be to take the bed apart. Definately not possible because the material will fray badly. I will use it until it needs a wash then look for something in a higher price range with zips.

I purchased the largest bed you had for my 80kg Newfoundland. My expectations were not too high. Just wanting a nice soft bed for my 3 year old pup. Unfortunately he disliked the bed & returned to his inexpensive Kmart bed. I myself got into your bed to work out why my dog won’t use it. I discovered a severe lack of padding in the “bed” section. The surrounding is fabulous & soft, however no such comfort on the base section. I compare it to laying on a piece of fabric on the floor. I would like to add that my sister’s 8kg Cavalier had no such problem & enjoyed a nap in the bed. I just thought a massive bed for a massive dog would take into account the massive weight associated with such a big dog. Cheers

My puppy really liked the bed and napped happily in it. However, after only a few hours my puppy had ripped the seam wide open and pulled out tons of polyester stuffing, which is no good if ingested! He had another similar bed (too small now) that has survived weeks of chewing and playing, so I’m sad to say I was not impressed with the quality of this bed. Online customer service was quite rude when I enquired saying I hadn’t trained my puppy to not chew… all teething puppies chew! I wasn’t expecting it to be indestructible, but did expect it to last more than a day.

My puppy loved it, but the next day we found stuffing everywhere. It turns out that there was a 5-10cm section that was missed in sewing around the rim. This was not a tear from the dogs as the fabric was a clean cut so once I stitched it back up it was fine. I will say the base is nowhere near as full of padding or soft,you can feel the timber floor through it. Not sure if it's because i purchased the 120cm one and they don't use extra padding as the sizes grow. Also DO NOT walk on them very slippery regardless of the spots on the base .
