People go nuts for PBfit and here’s why: they don’t expect it to taste as good as regular peanut butter. So when it does, they get super excited, even a bit obsessed. Imagine snacking on peanut butter that’s about one-third the calories and 87percent less fat compared to regular peanut butter (when prepared as directed). That means guilt-free smoothies, PBJs, peanut butter dips, oatmeal, pancakes—you get the idea. It’s your new non-guilty pleasure. BetterBody Foods PBfit is made by gently roasting peanuts, and then pressing the peanuts to extract the majority of the oil from those peanuts. This process reduces the unnecessary fats that are found in regular peanut butter, but it still leaves a delicious, low-fat peanut butter powder that is chock full of flavor. For a low-fat peanut butter spread, combine 2 Tablespoons of PBfit with 1.5 Tablespoons of water. It also gives a delicious protein boost to smoothies. You can also try substituting flour for PBfit in your favorite baked goods recipes. PBfit is packaged at BetterBody Foods' world headquarters in Lindon, Utah.

I had been putting off trying powdered peanut butter, as I had heard in the past that it tasted terrible and wasn't worth it. I recently had been hearing good things about PB2 however, and when I went online to find it, saw PBfit as a less expensive and well-rated alternative. Decided to go with the the sugar-free version, as I am trying to cut down on added sugars.I am surprisingly pleased with the taste! I can't compare to PB2 or the original version of PBfit, but I found the flavor and texture to be very good, and I don't find myself missing traditional peanut butter too much. I did not note the "coconut flavor" that some have mentioned, but can maybe see a bit of the "burnt/dark" flavor another review mentioned. I personally don't find that very slight flavor ... Almost like a roasted feel to me. If you think that would bother you, perhaps try the original PBfit.I personally mix with almond milk instead of water for a little more substance. My preferred method is to add a little extra liquid for a slightly thinner consistency that is perfect for dipping or use like a sauce. Also, this IS sugar-free. Or rather no sugar added. It is not false advertising. A small amount of sweetness is added by sugar substitutes - specifically a monk fruit-erythriol blend. This is the "sugar alcohols" that are referred to, which are not processed by the body as sugar. I would prefer a version with no sweeteners at all, but it is what it is. Not false advertising though.

Great peanut butter alternative. Love that it’s gluten, free plant-based, and made from all natural ingredients. This is a great alternative to add that extra flavor to any baked goods. Easy to add to your protein or smoothie shakes, makes a great snack by dipping some bananas and chocolate onto it and freezing it. A huge plus for me was the serving size. 2 tablespoons is equivalent to 70 cal versus other peanut butter premade jars where 1 tablespoons is equivalent to about 150 cal. The chocolate flavor is not as strong as I would’ve liked as that is the reason for the four stars but other than that it’s a great product a little bitter but makes for a great spread. Do you make sure to mix well otherwise it will have a grainy texture but should be expected from a ... MoreGreat peanut butter alternative. Great low fat and sugar substitute for regular processed peanut butter. Much less fat and calories and the taste is "almost" as good as the one with oil and sugar. Come on, that always makes it preferable. I've used this product along with other calorie reducing practices and have lost 20 pounds since Jan. 1, 2023. Not bad for a meeting a New Years Day resolution.I mix up a small batch, for several sandwiches, and keep it on hand in the refrigerator. I have it with reduced sugar jams or jellies to keep the calories to minimum. The price at Sam's ($/weight) is the best you'd find anywhere, and the dry powder has a long shelf life.I hope to loose another 10 pounds by 1/1/2024. I'll settle for 10.

I love peanut butter sandwiches so when I got the opportunity to try The PBfit Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder 8oz bottle I went for it. Its very simple to follow the instructions to make. All you do is just add water until you get your desired thickness. It has a very strong roasted peanut smell. I wasn't able to notice or taste any chocolate. It is a very smooth and creamy peanut butter. My kids, sister and I all had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and none of them notice it was a powder peanut butter. It seems like a healthy choice for my family. I absolutely recommend this product to everyone who loves peanut butter.
I love how simple the ingredients are. One container has so much peanut butter powder that I can use for a long time.I don't use this to make peanut butter (i.e., mix with water) BUT I do love mixing it when making smoothies. The extra kick if nuttiness is so good. And if you are on a diet, this is just wonderful! Allows you to control your calories better while knowing that it is of wonderful quality. The taste is good too. I highly recommend just making your own homemade peanut butter shake at home - add 2-3 tablespoons, banana (as is or frozen), mix in some milk or plant based alternative, and just mix it. Add some ice if you want a thicker consistency. So so good! Highly recommend!
Love this product for my peanut butter, chocolate, banana smoothies!! I've been using real peanut butter for years and number one: it makes a mess in my blender, sticking to the sides, cleaning the spoon, and having to use a rubber spatula to scrape it down on the sides while blending...NO MORE!!! This PBfit replaces regular high-fat, high-calorie peanut butter (and could even replace some of my chocolate protien powder as this is also chocolate flavor-- but I like more protien in my shake). So now I can make my shakes in half the time and they are healthier than before! The taste is great and it's so easy to scoop into my blender with a frozen banana, a little more protien powder, and unsweetened almond mild. Love it!!
This is the first time I have tried powdered Pb. I am trying to reduce my fat for possible gallbladder issues. I love peanut butter in my oatmeal but it always makes me feel a little sick so I decided to try this. It tastes amazing in oatmeal!!!! I will continue to buy it simply for that! Great way to add protein without much extra fat.I did try using a little almond milk to try to make it spreadable, and it mixed up nice and creamy—however, being a huge JIF fan, I struggled with the flavor a little. With that said, I think I could maybe eat it on cinnamon toast or pancakes or flavored rice cakes—anything that masks the flavor just enough to make it taste more like regular PB. I’m still planning to experiment—but I’m sold on mixing it into oatmeal regardless (and ... MoreThis is the first time I have tried powdered Pb. Everyone is familiar with a popular type of candy that combines peanuts and chocolate. Pretty much everyone loves it too. Well, here is a great product that will let you add a similar flavor to all types of things. It's called PB fit, and it's an all natural, high protein powder that you can get at Walmart. Very simple ingredients, just peanut flour, cocoa, a little cane sugar and a touch of salt, that's it. You can mix this in with all types of things...I have tried it in homemade chocolate chip cookies ,, and milk shakes---the best! You can mix it with a little water and use it as a dip for fruits and vegetables, or even pretzels. Or how about adding it to unflavored yogurt? Sprinkle it on vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Mix it in with the frosting on your next ... MoreEveryone is familiar with a popular type of candy that combines peanuts and chocolate. Pretty much everyone loves it too. With the new year here, my family is trying to eat healthier and choose better options whenever we can. We really love peanut butter but cannot eat it as often as we like because of the high calorie count and fat content so I started looking for a better option for us. I ordered this container of Chocolate PB fit peanut butter powder from Walmart and my family really likes it. I received the 8 ounce jar to try but they have several different size options to choose from. This peanut butter powder has less fat and half of the amount of calories of other chocolate spreads. It has far less calories and contains a significantly lower amount of sugar than our regular brand of jarred peanut butter.I have been trying some different ways to use it and I also went to the PB ... I mixed 2 tablespoons of the PB fit powder with water until I reached the desired consistency and used it as a dip for fruit during snack time. I added a serving of the pb powder to a blender with almond milk, greek yogurt and a frozen banana for a chocolate chunky monkey protein shake. I also just mixed a serving of the powder to a container of yogurt for a quick snack with some extra protein. My family is really enjoying the flavor and I feel better about serving it to them in place of regular peanut butter. I already have a larger jar added to my shopping list so I can try all the new recipes I discovered on the website and from others on social media. Yum!
