It fits well with my 2016 Subaru Outback. I think all the car manufacturers should consider their dashboard design leaving a small room for the customers to mount extra 3rd part vendor add-ons. Some dashboard is so unfriendly especially if you want to connect the cable to charge your devices.
This thing a wonderful. I've had magnetic mounts in the past that just do not stay. This one seem so sturdy. I've only had it for about a month but so far so good.Make sure you wait 24 hrs after installation to use it
The product is very well made and has a very sturdy feeling. You need to consider the surface that you will use it on (not for leather or alcantara)
I love this thing. Magsafe is a game changer. I've had other car mounts before this is my favorite.
I am still trying to find a solution for my 1995 Jeep Wrangler AND my over-sensitive Sony phone to heat installation. I really liked the concept of the ball joint connection. I have an air vent magnet I use for my other car and I placed the phone magnet on the inside of my custom phone case. No problems...works like a charm. I installed this in a great location where it would all be in a shady area underneath the vents plastic...but, the magnet is not strong enough. This was sort of expensive for the other alternatives but, I thought I would give it a try. I would not recommend this based on it needs a much stronger magnet.
It works well, but I worry about how long the adhesive will last.
