The level of quality and design is high- but it should be at this price point.I didn’t need the arm on my V7 - just the bar clamp and the mount so it’s minimalist when the phone isn’t on the holder and doesn’t detract too much from the bike’s unfussy style. Ended up at a slight angle owing to position of ignition barrel in relation to the only section of straight bar wide enough for clamp- would be better if there was some way to adjust tilt- would give more options.
Pros: This is a fantastic design, magnetic and clipped so if your phone is on a motorcycle it won't come off by accident, but it is very easy to remove using either release button on the side, I have replaced my quad lock as it is so much easier to use.Cons: No bad points at all with this mount or the wireless charger car mounts I also bought.

Pros: Its the best phone mount on the market. My phone is a heavy rugged phone, so a plastic mount just wouldn't do. I've used the x type mount but don't have 100% confidence in it. PD's mount is all metal with built in shock absorbers which stop the vibrations damaging your phone. Try one, you won't be disappointedCons: It's expensive like all motorcycle accessories!
