Strap is well made and comfortable to use. Only minor criticism is that as a tall photographer the strap was just long enough, I would suggest that 10-15 cm be added to strap length.

I purchased both Slide Lite and Slide and returned the Slide Lite. In a nut shell, wider is better! I found the Slide Lite had a tendency to cut in close to the neck and was not comfortable whereas the regular Slide rocked! Slide Lite is more fashionable as current trends in fashion lean toward slim designs. I chose function first and always will and recommend going with this strap. As an adjustable sling and being able to bring a camera up to capture a shot, your focus really is on the subject you are shooting.

I absolutely love my new peak design strap. It's so comfy even with my big and heavy 100-400mm lens on. I love that it converts easily to a sling style when I'm running after my kids. 100% would recommend. Very sturdy strap. Just wish it came in girly colours too

Simply brilliant, every feature works. From sliding it sideways on the smooth side to holding the camera in place on the other side of the strap. it is comfortable, even with a 70-300mm lens. learning to use the quick release is very easy and fast.A tip: you'll get four anchor links, Put one on each side of your camera, put one on the bottom and attach the last one to one side of the belt itself so you can easily wear it around you neck when your camera is on a tripod or on the clip.
This strap is easy to adjust and attach/detach for my different camera and lens combinations. With my smaller lenses I attach to my camera. With long lenses I attach to the lens foot with a QR clip. When using my tripod the strap is detached so it doesn't get in the way. I love it!
Don’t even think twice about getting this camera strap and just make the switch now! It’s so smooth when sliding to different positions and the padding is a life savor especially when carrying a heavy body/ lens combo or when I’m shooting all day. Didn’t disappoint!!
The gear is fantastic, and worked well.. until I found out the materials used are inferior. After 1+ year of usage, the baseplate was worn through by the splitting ring I had to attach. I used the splitting ring (as advised in their own YouTube videos) because the anchor loop already worn out after a few weeks after being directly attached to the baseplate... Not happy with this of course!
I decided to go for the Peak Design Slide strap because of the versatile anchor system, whereby it is so easy to attach or remove the strap from the camera, depending on the situation. Also, I was always kind of nervous about using the cheap strap that came with my heavy camera because of the rather "iffy" method of attachment - (I almost dropped my camera once because the strap came loose on one side!). This Peak Design strap feels much more secure and is also helpful when shooting handheld video, using the 'strap-behind-the-neck' method of stabilization.
Really useful product. It made it easier to carry camera. I found that my camera now it better against my body (protecting my camera and making it easier to carry).
The quick release works smoothly and easily, not like some of the cheap copycats that are sprung too hard. Adjustment buckle on both sides are easy to use. They even supply replacement links more suitable than the triangular ones that come with your camera. All in all very satisfying and secure for your expensive camera.
