It has adhesive in on the top cover to keep it from falling off and it has no problem staying open or closed, I hardly notice there’s a case except the cute finish and the key ring attachment. The original clip that came on this case was flimsy and kept falling off, so I just put a regular key ring on it with a cute accent keychain and it’s perfect for the bougie minimalist.

I got the “pink” color which its more loke a lavender and I definitely LOVE!!! Protects my AirPods pro so good, it is a little hard to open but I honestly don’t care bc that means that if i accidentally dropped them the case wont open and my airpods wont come out flying. Perfect 👌🏼

I like this case! If I accidentally drop my AirPods they don’t fly out in every direction. I don’t mind pulling the sides down as long as it protects them if i’m clumsy and drop them. 🤣 I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s been pretty impressive.

The metal clip that clips on the case is not very durable at all. It failed just after a couple weeks of having clipped to my pants belt clip. I went ahead and purchased another one because I do like the durability of the actual case itself overall. A strong clip Is needed for all daily removal and install to change the AirPod case
I hate the way it opens. I guess it’s my fault, because I didn’t look enough into it, but I thought you could open the AirPods case without needing to peel back the silicon case. It’s just more inconvenient than not having them covered at all.
The Pelican case is not at all what I expected. It does not fully enclose or protect the AirPod Pros.I will say it is better than other AirPod cases I've purchased from this site -at least it is a single piece and not a detached 2-piece. The website descriptions do not describe the products well.
Second Pelican product I have bought since I got new iPhone 12 and EarPods pro. Thought access to Apple case would be different but after familiarization with case I am very satisfied and pleased with Pelican case. Also very pleased with cell phone case. I was always an Otterbox fan until I got the Pelican case. At eighty years old I’m very fussy about my toys and these two items have me on cloud nine!!
I just received this case after an address mishap - CaseMate was very prompt at switching the address and getting me the case quickly. I really appreciate them as a company. HOWEVER, this case is terrible. The opening makes virtually no sense whatsoever - it is extremely inconvenient to open or close your Airpods. Considering I use these daily, putting them in their case 5-10x/day, I am super disappointed with Pelican as they are normally a great brand. I normally wouldn't write this review but I really don't want people wasting their time with these and being as frustrated as I was. Looking forward to ordering another actually functional case from Case Mate.
