This case is very strong, it has a good seal and is physically appealing. It?s just the right size for a single video camera system with accessories. It doesn?t have pluck foam you have to cut it. I have a hot knife to make cuts.

I was hesitant between this and Pelican 1535AirTP. Finally I could not find reason to justify additional USD 150 so I go for this one and I am glad I did. Sure there can be some differences on weight and trekpad divider providing a bit more room but for my use that extra qualities did not worth the extra money. This is a very high quality and nice looking bag. It has a more industrial look and definitely looking much better in person than in photos.

This case saved my back. I was not feeling like I could continue to use my carry-on sized photo backpack any more because my back just isn't as good as it used to be. This case was a breeze to get through the airport and stow in the overhead bin, much easier than my old backpack. The configurable dividers were great to use as well. I can't see any real reason to get the much more expensive 1510 or Air versions unless you plan to take them down the Amazon or on a submarine.

Great sturdy hard case for your camera gear. Holds everything I need for shoots.- 2 cameras (1 mirrorless and 1 DSLR)- 4 lenses (prime and zoom)- 1 on-camera flash- 1 on-camera mic- Cords and batteries- 1 on-camera monitor
I prefer this one because the latches have a better chance at not opening at the airport. They have to be pushed in and then can be opened up.
SO HAPPY that Pelican produced this case for those of us who can't afford their full price war-proof equipment. It's just what I needed to travel with a lot of gear, just a little worried about the possibility of carry-on weight limits.
Perfect! Just what I needed for my camera gear. Fit my 2 DSLR cameras, 4 lenses and accessories.
There was a gift for my wife, she is photographer and now she is happy with that case, because all of stuff easily placed inside without problem! Plastic solid and durable.
Lighter, stronger and clasps are easy to open and close. I still love my Pelican 1510, but this one is very close to being perfect my only complaint would be to make bigger, more durable, rubber wheels, other than that this is a great case. Hold all my photo equipment to d a photo video production shoot.
Love this case. I wish it had a few more small dividers. I really rate this case a 4.5 because of the lack of additional small dividers. I parted out an old retired bag that just happened to have orange small dividers.It?s a great case that is very efficient. I got two bodies and seven lenses including one long lens. I still had enough room for accessories like chargers, cables, batteries, and flash transmitter.
