I did not notice a difference, I was not seeking an audible difference, who goes around recommending this on a maintenance list, it needs to be done, it is not visible like an oil leak.

I purchased EGR and Cat clean due to having a check engine light. Followed the instructions and added to fuel tank when I had 1/4 tank of fuel left. When car was nearly empty, check engine light was gone. Can't recommend this product enough

Made a difference. It worked! We’ve had an issue with a blocked EGR. Tow treatments and the light has gone out. Fuel consumption is down to 6.4l per 100km
This product was great. Cleaned system perfectly and no issues
Works well well to clean intake, cat, Valves and O2 sensors. Used the Pro way of sucking up via a Vacuum tube. Before o2 sensors where sluggish and had some back pressure when boosting causing the turbo to get very hot. After using Exhaust note much deeper, idle smoother, and engine ran much more quite, O2 sensor was more responsive. If do pro level service it does produce a lot of smoke / steam which smells a lot so if do at home expect the neighbours to complain of smell ;)
My wife car was showing the engine light, after a quick check with the ODB2 device, it showed me that was the catalytic convertor. I look at the web and gave it a try. Bought a bottle and pour it in the tank. Drove for about 40m and after stop for 30m, when I did start the car again the light was off.

Great! Works really well. Make sure to have at least half a tank full of petrol before adding this product and then go for a drive.
