Just like the rest of Penrites garbage this is by far the worst full synthetic oil we have yet come across. Engine oil temps up by a minimum of 7 degrees slight lifter noise and occasional puffs of blue smoke. Tested on several late model high performance engines. Performance engines we have seen over the years that just use Penrite have ALWAYS got excessive bearing wear. Have you ever wondered why Penrites always on sale at extremely cheap prices?

I have an old RAV4 with well over 300,000km on it and I'm always on the lookout for an oil to use which minimises oil consumption. Shell Helix "high mileage" was fantastic but I'm not sure they make it any more. Unfortunately this was not a suitable replacement.

This is the best dual purpose (car and motorcycle) oil available. Terrific for flat tappet engine systems due to full zinc chemistry. Awesome half price special in these tough times. Big 6 litre container for the home service person. Great for teenagers cars looked after by Dad's!

I always use this oil & I had waited to buy on special but in the end I had to pay full price. Next day it went on special. I was upset but an email that night told me (coz I'm a member) that Supercheap gave me credit points for the price difference. Love!!
Penrite is great oil. My old V6 Commodore has 360,000 km on it. Using Penrite the engine is quite and does not smoke or burn any. Always happy with the results.
Two medium size spots on the driveway most mornings burning through a liter every few weeks. Changed to penrite 20w50 with a hit of the Nulon rear main sealant (does other gaskets but good luck stopping those) and within a week tiny spots 2 weeks one spot three weeks nothing. Haven't had a drop since. Switched back to 10w40 as my leaks have been plugged and still no leaks.No substitute for quality. Have tried other cheaper oils an the difference is unbelievable.Get a club card and even if the oil you need isn't on special they usually have a penrite clearout once every 2 to 4 weeks so you'll most likely get it credited back which you always forget about until you next bill is 100 cheaper. Not always but most services I've gotten 20-30% back.
This product is great for a wet clutch bike - using it in a GSF1250. This is despite the supercheap web site saying it does not. The JASO MA standard is applicable here.
My midsize suv runs a 20 year old Izuzu V6 engine it burns a litre or 2 between services. Penrite 10W-40 Full Synthetic Full Zinc coating keeps it running like a beast. I recommend it THUMBS UP!
I have always used penrite synthetic oil and works great for my car, doesn't foam up like other oils. It always holds good viscosity in-between oil changes.
