The wine is pretty good with citrus, nuts, toast and some pear and peach flavours, medium body and good acidity. It lacks the tension and precision of top notch Chardonnay like white Burgundy or the best Aussie wines, but is enjoyable and well priced

I have found 19 crimes wines to be exceptional wines. Especially the Savignon Block and Cali Rose. I have only recently started drinking these wines but feel they are different than most other brands Ihave tried. I will be buying only these 2 wines in the near future.

I did order this Chardonnay a few years ago now.I find this current version is a lighter wine. It is a good lunch wine.I don’t know if I would order it again. I’ll have to think about it.

Has all the characteristics of a Riesling! Minerals, dry and acidic.Needs to be drunk at room temperature to appreciate the citrus notes at the end. Don't drink it too cold.
A most drinkable pinot gris with a slightly sweeter flavour without the harsher overtones of similar products.

Ordered for Mother’s Day with plenty of time. Turned up after Mother’s Day without wrapping that I paid for and two different brands of wine
Purchased based upon it's win in Germany. It's a wonderful sauv blanc for an afternoon with a few dips and friends. Not a patch on Cloudy Bay, equals Dog Point and Craggy Range, better than Phillip Shaw or Shaw&Smith. I'll buy again as it's great to have an Australian Sauv blanc in the house not ruined by the addition of semillion.
Love, love this Bay of Stones Chardonnay. I bought a dozen but I don't think that was enough. It keeps disappearing. I have been searching for ever for a Chardy just like this. So glad I found it. It is now my "go to."
