I bought this pre-natal folate after trying a couple of other pre-natal vitamins which made me really sick and had so many more ingredients. I decided to try this instead, as it is quite basic in comparison to other pre-natals, and I hoped I would be able to tolerate it.It didn't make me sick, and I love that it has very little ingredients, and the tablet is tiny compared to other pre-natals probably because there are few ingredients.So easy to take! I'm so happy I found this product! While going through my IVF treatment, I got tested for my Folinic Acid Absorption, and they discovered that my body wasn't absorbing it properly. So I needed to take folinic acid instead. I showed this product to my specialist, and she gave me the green light, I am very glad, I've been taking it for 3 weeks and feeling great!
