I love Perfect Amino tablets and have been taking them for many months now. I’ve noticed an improvement in my ******** (less menstrual cramps, better mood, less ***, less fatigue, less cravings). I also have an easier time working out and I don’t have to eat as much in the day to feel like I got enough protein. I have lost some body fat (I didn’t have a ton before but I had enough where it annoyed me). I recommend it to lots of friends but a lot of them don’t understand what I’m talking about because it’s such a “new” concept, even though I’m pretty articulate and understand the product well. I think the real deterrent for people is that it costs a lot. The only thing I'd specify is that in my circumstance I asked if I was taking 5 perfect amino pills 3x a day was the one big bottle enough for the month. I was told yes & ran out early 2x now. If you need that amt as recommended on the bottle you need three bottles/mo. And the shipping I've paid to expedite shipping because I ran out and it still takes just as long as the free shipping all three times I've ordered now.The aminos are amazing. I have RA for 24 years now. I'm 43. It turned into several other autoimmune disorders. Then long term use of prednisone caused osteoperosis and my spine crushed on itself from L2-L5. I’m a senior so the protein benefit is irreplaceable to me without adding lots of calories and sugar found in other proteins. I now stopped buying collagen because this is so superior. I don’t use as much whey protein either, so I actually save money buying the perfect aminos. I’m not overweight but am pre diabetic and have the beginnings of fatty *****. I do find that I need to mix these well, but who cares. Take an extra few seconds to mix it (or use the tablets). The mocha flavor has a little bit of caffeine which I use on a day like today when I’m low on coffee and don’t feel like going to the store. The oth flavors, like berry are delicious and caffeine free so you can monitor your caffeine intake if you need or want to with these. I am loving this product and will be starting to check out the others soon.
