That's why I subscribe to this instead of something off the shelf. I feel the benefits of the ashwaganda especially if I forget to take this one day. Highly recommend this multi vitamin.

Great quality product genorous size lightweight composition with easy use packaging. nourished and moisturized my sensitive skin. scented aged composed benefit not essential oil and Dmin needs to look at the review template as you are putting words into people's mouths so the reviews are not realistic at all. no freedom of speach

I have been using this for a few months and I feel a marked difference in my engery, mood and focus level, not to mention my ability to recover after a good workout. These are by far the best multi vitamins I have even used and I have used/tired just about every kind out there. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, most, if not all multi vitamins I've used in the past torch my stomach and cause my lots of gastrointestinal stress, which in turn caused my body to lose more minerals than actually supplement. I almost gave up hope but these are actually helping my body repair past damage and my vitamin levels are going up, per my recent blood results. I am no doctor but the labs don't lie, so Thank You PScience for making a product with legit ingredients and no b.s. fillers!

More energy, More chilled, and falling asleep easier! At first I wasn't sure why I was feeling these new relaxed feelings, but then I realized I was almost a month into taking my new vitamins! The energy was hard to gauge because I do take pre-workout BUT I noticed my morning energy increased before taking pre-workout. I'm assuming that's due to the sleep I'm getting at night, which o contribute to the vitamins! My recurring subscription delivery didn't make it in my mailbox before leaving town so I went without for 4 days and felt it by day 3 this solidified my thoughts that the vitamins were the reason to my positive changes.
I purchased the complex at a discounted price out of curiosity. It's decent and contains high-quality ingredients, making it suitable for daily use for people of all ages. While it may not be enough for people with deficiencies, it's good for preventative measures. The capsule size is standard, and there's no unpleasant taste. I hope to see positive results from the antioxidant and vitamin combination over time. Its effectiveness will be tested with continued use.

Won’t replace any major deficiency especially with vitamin D and make sure you get your omega 3 if it helps you. But otherwise. A+. Wish it had more Vitamin D. But I’m no chemist.
Alwayshad a hard time finding a good multivitamin for women and this one has been fantastic.Just don't have it on a empty stomach. I take it with my sups before the gym for extra boost. And nothing works if you don't take it daily!!
First of all these capsules are pink which I think are super cute! I don’t have a problem swallowing pills but these are kinda big for those who do have trouble. The serving size is 3 capsules so just keep that in mind. I may have seen an increased mood recently and less mood swings, I can’t be entirely sure that it’s from the multivitamin but I know I lack Zinc and a few other womanly vitamins so it’s definitely supplying in those areas! I’m an athlete so I appreciate that aspect of this multivitamin. I look forward to taking these for a while and seeing how I feel!
Within the first week of taking it, I would get headaches and nausea. I originally got it to help me with my iron deficiency, but realize even 3 tablets is too low of a dosage. I love their other products though, but unfortunately have to throw this out. Everyone reacts different though so my experience could be different than yours.
I’ve been taking the woman’s multi for over a month and have been loving it! I get zero nausea from it unlike every other multi vitamin I’ve tried. Ive felt more energy and now able to stop drinking caffeine! Highly recommended.
