extremely quiet, almost no sound. alerts when time to change filter. easy cleaning and set up. 2 function options of how you want to water to run. I have on continuous bubbling as my cat likes flowing water.

Best Water fountain out there

This is by far one of the best watcher fountains we've bought, and we've got through quite a few! We have 3 cats and normally we areForever pulling fur and food out of the fountain, but the top filter makes it easy to remove and rinse. It's super quiet and it shuts itself off if the water goes below a threshold so as not to damage the pump. The capacity is not massive, but considering the size of the machine it's ample. With three cats it lasts of two days without having to top up. They also love the running water part at the top so they can drink the free flowing water. We thought it was expensive at first, but now we know it's worth the price.

Confused

The product looks great, well made. However, there is no 3-point plug connection to the water fountain. There is a USB connection, but I do not have a 3-point plug with a USB connection and my computer is in a different area of the house. You can purchase a 3-point plug with USB connection at a price circa £20. However, when you look at YouTube videos for this item there is clearly a three-point plug contained within the boxed item when unpacked. For this reason and lack of clarity I award only one-star. It's being collected and refunded.

Excellent fountain

I needed to replace the water fountain in the home and spotted this one in the pets at home store, but was wary as I usually buy stainless steel fountains. I decided to take the plunge and so far have not regretted it. The fountain is gentle, very very quiet and keeping it in smart mode means that the fountain is not constantly working. The smart mode also helps to conserve the filters a little longer. I have purchased the filters in a five batch, with a new filter tray included, and they are not expensive. All in all I would give this fountain a ten star for design and cost.

Have had two, both broken in a year

My firstfountain lasted about 11 months before it broke. Aboslutely no idea why. Was replaced by pets at home, but the replacement stopped working on the hottest day of the year. We had 40 degree tempteratures and no functionoing water bowl for my cats. Have thrown it away and bought a different brand. Dont waste your money.

Love it!

I've only had it for 24 hours, but I already love it. It took 5 minutes to set it up and get it running. It makes zero noise...okay, I am 51 yrs old and have a bit of hearing loss, but my 16 year old daugher confirms that this thing is virtually silent.The two modes (continuous and 3 min on/off cycle) are great and a single button press switches between them.The biggest plus is that my cat - who normally won't touch water from his normal water bowl but will happily lick at a running tap - loves to drink from this device. So, it works!!The only negatives (and they are minor quibbles for sure) are that the USB cord could be longer and it only comes with one filter. Our cat loves it

Our cat was suffering from crystals in her bladder, so we bought this to encourage her to drink more water. Works a treat. We have it set to smart mode, and when our cat is awake we plug it in. She loves it. It’s almost imperceptibly quiet, it seems to taste great and she will drink it even when it’s not on (still water versus fountaining water). Best purchase we’ve made for her in a long time!

Silent fountain with energy saver

We keep it in "smart mode" meaning that the water runs for 3 min and stays still for 3 min. That way whatever my cat is in the mood for, she can get (+ is saves energy). The motor itself is silent, we can just hear sometimes tiny water sounds.If your cat is short or just young, the fountain might be a little high to drink from, and your cat might need a little platform/step to reach it.

Stopped working

Bought this a year ago and it was amazing while it lasted. Really easy to clean, nice sized plate for cats to drink, easy to fill but it's now fully stopped working. Reached out to the company to have the filter replaced and they cannot help. The water filters are also almost impossible to get too. Pets at home barely ever have them in, it's like gold dust. Everywhere else charges an eyeball for them. So disappointed.

water pump broke after 2 years, but i fixed it!! read below for instructions

Hey all.... Like everyone else, my water pump broke. I contacted the company and they recommended that I buy a new one since my unit is out of warranty. So I found a replacement pump at local garden store or home improvement store. In the garden section a small fountain pump left the old pump in the unit off to the side, the new pump is exactly like the old one, I added a large drinking straw to connect the tube to the pump. Now its perfect, no noise and the new pump is adjustable. I'm so happy and so are my fur babies!
