Feeds my 6kg / medium cat; holds enough food for a little over 2 weeks. The app is a bit clunky, but haven't had problems in the 6 months I've been using this.

The feeder works like a clock. I have had no problems with it in the two months I had it: no missed meals, no clogging, nothing. The smallest portion size (10g) is adequate for an adult cat, and I programmed 5 servings a day which keeps it happy. With the batteries, it worked perfectly during a power outage. The app experience is also great.Before, I had issues with overfeeding them and with constant meowing asking for food (at 3am in the morning!); those are now gone.

Let me save you the time

I spent hours of frustration trying to get it connected to the wifi. The app would tell me it was connected but then not let me add in any Feeding Plans because it wasn't connected. I worked out that it needs to be connected to a 2.4G wifi network, it will not work on 5G. But once I worked that out it has been working exactly as expected. The only think I can't find is a 'feed now' button within the app, but that's a software issue that can easily be added. All in all I would definitely recommend this product.

Waste of time

I'm sorry but I have never gone thru so much drama to try to program an item and not work what so ever. And then the manual program only worked for 2 days and all that comes out is and I quote air cuase food is missing. And I purchased this item like a week ago the feeder.
