Bought this a few weeks ago after engine oil light came on on my car.Thanks to Halfords, all I did was insert my car registration number to find suitable products.The engine is now quieter than before and car seems nippier too.5 litres is a lot, but I drive in my job and needed a quality oil For frequent top ups.Very happy with this.I noticed the engine is far wuirter

We were on holiday a couple of weeks ago when the car developed a problem with leak from the oil filter. As a matter of urgency I had to replace the oil filter and replenish the lost oil. Taking advice from the store assistant purchased 5 litres of Petronas Syntium. Very surprised with the difference in engine noise being quieter. Extremely pleased

Use it in my Smart Roadster, meets the Mercedes requirements. Oil does not change colour as quickly as others Ive tried. price is V good as well.
Good stuff. I was wanting to do an oil change on my van and wanted a decent brand. This one is used by Merc and the van is a Merc so I went with this.Halfords had an offer on and it came in a lot cheaper than anywhere else which was surprising.

I’ve been using Purley Halfords for a while now for a simple reason which is the staff. In particular, Lee, Kieran and Racquel have been absolutely brilliant every time I go in! Approaching 130k miles in my Toyota Aygo, daily motorway use so I don't like the recommended ow16/20 grade which is like water. Also mobil 1 is the oem for Toyota and their 0w-16 is 60 quid for 5 litres. 100+ if you buy from Toyota service centre. Use any grade 0/5 up to 40. This is cheaper than 5w30 which is what I go for normally. API SN spec is good for Japanese engines. (Worked for Gulf Keystone oil)
