This is a bit disappointing. Overall the graphics are ok, but the characters look funny. Tiger woods has a fat looking face. When you win a tournament, you get around 500 dollars which seems stupid. You can use the money to buy clubs, but the clubs you can buy don't add any performance. Once you get used to the game, you can play pretty accurately however every one in ten rounds or so the play is just impossible. It's a bit simple, and gets boring pretty quick. They could have done so much more with this game, the developers were very lazy with this one.

Not bad for a one season play through

Enjoyable early on but it then feels more like a repetitive task as you go through the season. Prize money is very low so there’s no getting rich and buying high end items and the fittings component of the complicates things. Still not bad though for a one season play through

Plays well looks last gen and riddled with bugs

First off game plays well but if your expecting a next gen ps5 game your going to be disappointed. This game is anything but next gen, it looks like a nintendo switch game, its maybe even worse than 2k21 version as so dark and the golfers look soulless. But its heavily structured to get you to buy microtransactions. The game only gives around ÂŁ100 for winning a tournament yet a simple shirt can cost 2k.Game is riddled with bugs like clubs reverting to defaults no matter how many times you change them.

Gameplay is good. You can adjust settings to make the game as easy or as difficult as you want. Graphics are decent and everything runs smoothly and quickly on a PS5.However, once you qualify for, play in, and place in the money in PGA events, you’re paid in limited equipment upgrades, club fittings (that you need to further pay for in “virtual currency” for each club you upgrade), very limited outfit pieces, and anywhere from around $150 to $500.I’ve won several PGA events and still don’t have enough money to use the club fittings I’ve been awarded. My golfer is also wearing the same boring outfit he’s had since I started playing this game - I’ve been able to change his shoes, and give him a hat and a glove.Besides the fact there is nothing available to upgrade ... MoreGameplay is good. But, to me, that’s part of the fun of playing a game like this.Like many games, 2K23 Golf works on an In App Purchase model that ruins gameplay enjoyment by practically forcing you to spend more money to get anywhere - and (surprise) it ain’t cheap.

Society and Ranked
3 April 2023

I agree that if you only play career mode it becomes boring after a while. The great thing about this game is the competition in the societies and ranked matches. Also an endless amount of courses to play as you can create and share courses. I have over 500 hrs of play, love it.

Solid Simulator for the Hardest game on Earth
22 October 2022

A step up on the PGA 2K21 in terms of the dynamics of controls and overall fundamentals of what golf really is like in the sense of being the toughest game on Earth.. Would be a 5 star review if the progression of your player could be as what is what like in Tioger Woods Golf 2011.A lot of negative reviews are out there, though, coming from over a decade of playing Golf games, this is well worth the purchase.

I haven’t bought a golf game in years but couldn’t resist getting this with my new PS5. It did not disappoint.Smooth graphics and entertaining game play with multiple difficulty levels.

Waisted money!
10 March 2023

This game is useless! It's got glitches. it freezes up. It crashes. Not to mention that it's not all that different from 2K21. I gave it one star because it wouldn't accept 0 stars!

Waste of money
19 March 2023

Eveything about this game from the graphics, the customizations, the playability are worse than the previous 2K21. The only upside is you can play the professionals as your player. GARBAGE!! WASTE OF MONEY!!

very realistic and fun to play
11 March 2023

The game is fun to play, very realistic but the eyes on people need to be perfected they are open to wide and look like they are on drugs or something; in tigerwoods 2014 the eyes look great so I think 2K23 should look as good don't you? I mean Tigerwoods 2014 is 9 year ago and looks better; But the game itself is better.
