Bought these to add a RAID to a NZXT H210i case after searching Newegg for a "dual 3.5 bracket" and "stacking 3.5 bracket," and this being one of the only, seemingly suitable, items that comes up. The brackets do hold two 3.5 HDDs, but they are proprietary for mounting in Phanteks enclosures and don't have any common mount points for a PC case. They aren't really mislabeled, but it is far from clear. The unit a ordered came in a damage free box with packing material, but one of the brackets was bent and crushed. The metal is very soft, so a was able to bend it back enough to put a 3.5" drive inside and adhered the unit to the bottom of my PC case. The one non-crushed bracket holds and releases the drives well. The uncrushed one is a bit tricky, but it works.

These things are sturdy and have rubber washers to dampen vibration and noise. Good design I like them.

Recommended for anyone looking to expand on hdd on their case, as long as they have the space.
I have the In Winn D frame custom open case. So I put a 240 radiator on the front and it takes up the hdd rack space. This was a great bracket for me to relocate a enterprise hdd to the back and still have a great look! The brackets also have pre applied felt pads so it’s secure and won’t rattle. If you’re a diy guy/gal, this is an affordable way to customize a pro look to your custom rig. It’s easy enough to drill holes in the plate. Get drill stops so you don’t plunge through to the top and mar up the finish. The bracket fits with most industrial techie styles. This is a great way to relocate your hdds or ssds to your liking!
I would highly recommend if you have a phanteks case that uses these to expand HDD slots
