This robot is just amazing! First, it's very easy to set up. I just download the app and follow the steps. Also it is very lightweight, plus it's not loud, which is a big plus! It's the most reliable vacuum I have ever had, I had not encountered a single error, and the cleaning itself is so much better. It washes the mop and dries it itself. Mapping is so fast and very precise! Creating maps and sections is so easy, and you can set multiple level floors to swap between. Also, its intelligent navigation and powerful suction are impressive, handling both hard floors and rugs with ease and precision. This vacuum and mop robot is reliable and efficient. It has handled various surfaces and obstacles in my home without issues. It's a standout product!

Firstly the things I love.It’s simple to set up, it has a charging station with a bag so can go empty itself mid clean if required. It mops as well as vacuums and it does a great job . It also tells you what it is doing, which is very cute, but you can turn this off in the App. The vacuum bag has lasted me a month so far. I can set it going while doing other tasks or set it to clean whilst I’m out.You can also just set it going manually and use it for an intensive clean in a small area. I am also delighted with how effective the mop function works on my hard floors, we have a large tiled hall, kitchen and dinning room. My husband is an excellent but very messy cook and we have two very hairy cats, the robots water tank is small but the floor looks immaculate after 1 cleaning pass.The things I don’t like so much, the App is glitchy and keeps losing one of my maps which is a bit irritating, sometimes it won’t allow me to edit a map and it can “hang” whilst trying to amend a cleaning plan. The robot only comes with two microfibre mop pads, these need to be attached even if you are just doing a dry clean as the Velcro fixing drags on carpet if the pad is not fitted. This means that the pad gets dirty/fluffy on dry cleans. I bought a pack of 5 additional pads meaning I have 7 which is plenty to allow cleaning of my 4 bed house with a few in the wash. It goes under most furniture and cupboards, but does get stuck under my sofa.I will still need to use my old vacuum and steam cleaner occasionally to give a deep clean and do my stair carpet. I am very pleased with the robot, I just wish the App was a little better (🤞for some updates) and would highly recommend it.

This is a game changer. It is a perfect addition to the family. It is super easy to assemble and install. Ready to use in a few minutes. It mapped the whole area in approx 12-15 minutes. It has a different cleaning mode,low to medium to high. Suction power also can be changed on to our preferences. It does a neat tidy vacuuming and mopping at the same time. It is not noisy at all and the battery lasts continuously for 2-3 hours of cleaning. Once its job is done it goes to its recharge station and the dust is automatically sucked up ready to use next time. It is super compact and doesn't need more space to store. Love the fact that we can customise the area which we want to clean.

I received this to test snd review as a member of Influenster.The machine itself looks very sleek, modern and lightweight and cleans hard to reach areas easily with its size and shape.It has an app which you download and it has videos to show you how to use the product effectively and set it up for how you want to use it.The battery has a 200 min run time on a single charge and returns to the charging station when it needs to recharge and will return to the place where it left off to continue cleaning.It has strong suction and isn’t too noisy whilst in use
Overall it's a very handy machine to have, it does what you expect it to do, it can hover my living room, hall and large kitchen before it comes back to empty and charge. It is very noisy when it empties itself but overall noise level is good. The mopping level is good standards but hovering level is just standard, I don't find its good with dog hairs but having young children it will still be handy for cleaning up their mess.
I love this robot vacuumThe mapping function works well and the robot is yet to miss a spot or get stuck. You do have to remember to keep floors free of clutter to ensure it doesn't get stuck. Once the robot has finished its duty, it heads home to auto-empty and recharge. Very cool!Also easy to use app to operate from.
We were really excited to try the vacuum mop having previously had a robot vacuum before & not being impressed it was great to see improvements in the technology!The automated set up was easy even if you are not the most tech savy. The Hoover mapped the room automatically which was an advancement on my previous one. The suction power is good and it was able to pick up both smaller and larger bits. The mop was good to keep on top of daily cleaning & stop the build up. We recently changed to LVT flooring so this was great. Emptying the hoover is very noisy & did scare both my dog & child but other than this were very happy with the product
Have loved trying this product out and so I am really impressed. Easy to set up, and the technology is amazing. Firstly it maps out the rooms in your house and then you can set specific settings for each room. Love the fact it hoovers and mops and you can select whether each room requires mopping or not as well as adjusting the suction level of the hoover. Overall the cleaning performance is good although I wouldn’t suggest it as a substitute for a more thorough weekly clean as even though it picks up most debris, more stubborn things remain. Noise level is not much different than a usual hoover so to be expected. Only tiny negative is that the power cord could be longer although this is easily solved with an extension cord.
Excellent vacuum, took me ten mins to set it up, really simple to connect to app in my phone and I can control it all from my phone. Only time it has any real noise is when it’s emptying the vacuum when it connects to the station. I have 3 dogs all of them she’s very bad all year round and it seems to be picking the hair up with ease. As it returns to its station the battery life has never been an issue. I now want one for upstairs. Looks great as well.
We’ve not had this for very long but already really loving it. We have a very hairy black Labrador and usually have to hoover twice a day easily as he sheds so much. This vacuum is already saving me so much time, which is especially important with having two small children! The set up was really easy in the app. I’m yet to use the mop setting as we have real wood floor so always cautious with products I use on it. Would definitely recommend even just for the vacuum setting
