I bought the tube and a packet of starters recommended by a staff member. The tube did not work because it was faulty and the recommended starters were not suitable for that tube. The refund took 15 mins because the staff member did not understand why I was returning the goods.

Needed a replacement tube and Philip[s was the lowest price. When I tried to plug it in I noticed that the pins were so roughly made they would not slot into the lamp's socket. The whole product was shoddy. Even had something rattling round inside. Took it back and bought more expensive NEC tube. Well made, perfect.

I’ve gone through 5 in the last 2 months and they don’t last as they should. One of the employees told me that the particular light was a huge ordered stock and what they have in stock is from that particular order ages ago
What can you say about a fluorescent tube? It would be good if there were a brighter one in the same size...e.g. 60 watt.
It turns on and illuminates the nearby area. What more do you want me to say?
The light is bright enough, I guess. Use these globes in bathroom and walk in wardrobe. I wld actually prefer a brighter globe, especially in bathroom, but maybe it has something to do with the light fitting cover.
I bought this 2 weeks ago. I wish I’d bought it years ago. Finally I can see the result on the toilet paper when wiping my posterior after making the number twosies. This product has taken the ‘guess work’ and ‘she’ll be right’ out of defecating after dark. I’d recommend this product. Heck, my pyjama bottoms would recommend this product.
Was unsure as to whether I was buying the right globe at first, but as it turns out it fits perfectly and works like a charm! A good purchase.
