I have used quite a number of air purifier in my life but nothing has ever come close to this! In terms of the build, the purifier is heavy and sturdy. In terms of practicality, purifiers are not meant to be moved around, so, it doesn't bother me too much. Air purifiers are meant to purify the air and it does just that perfectly! I usually have sinus in the morning but after I have used the air purifier running for an hour, I realise that I don't sneeze anymore when I wake up in the morning. This is also evidenced by my toddler who always have flu. Ever since I used the purifier, I can't remember when was the last time she blew her nose! Just amazingly effective. The only improvement point I would like to suggest is that the manuals should be improved as it doesn't properly describe how to operate the machine. I would highly recommend this purifier to anyone who is seriously considering to invest in one.

I received this machine about three weeks and I am so happy. It is doing exactly what it says it does. I live on the south coast and the humidity has been ridiculous. My rooms all had a terrible damp smell and mould covered walls. After cleaning walls, smell was still there. Not any more after having this beauty on. I love this little machine. Thankyou I just wish in the description it had product details for replacement HEPA filter codes etc to be sure to order the correct one

I bought my unit second hand and the warranty had just expired. Despite that fact, Philips were happy to have someone look it over (at no cost to me) after I complained that it heated the air considerably. Once returned, the unit performed beautifully and I use it every day. Not many dehumidifiers have HEPA filters so this is a great addition. It is also quite quiet at the lower fan speeds and will stil manage to collect bucket fulls of water from the air. The laundry mode is unreal! Even if it's raining outside, you can dry all you clothes within a day if they are in a contained, small room.

This unit was quiet initially but 2 weeks into use it can vibrate/hum at an annoying frequency and quite loudly. This makes me think it will not last the distance. It's heavy so moving up and down stairs may not be possible for some people. The instruction manual was confusing and I called for help. Unfortunately the help desk person has the same manual to refer to but they have not used the product. Their supervisor did not call back. I hope it will be easy to get replacement filters. It is suitable for living room but not bedroom. Rolling around is not easy because the wheels are not the most flexible. Also, the air blown out in dehumidifier function can get pretty hot. Sometimes, i just use the air purifier function in my room since everyone around me is falling sick. But for such a big item just for air purifying function, probably doesn't make so much sens. All in all, it is a machine that does it's job well. But we all know that this kinda dehumidifier cost a lot in Singapore. So for it's retail price, I am not sure if it is worth it unless you do have a huge problem with humidity causing you damage in your furniture and health. This will definitely help with that and I am keeping it!

Although, the water collection tank is big, so it might be a little too heavy to manage when it is full. There is also the laundry drying mode which we have yet to try. Overall, we found the machine easy to use, works well and we are pleased with it.

i bought this unit because of the 2 in 1 purifier,the amount of heat it gives off,low energy consumption but with average water retrieval but it really is below average for the latter. i actually do not know if the air purification does work as there was a fire in the apartment above resulting in smoke and consequently water was used for the fire and flooded through muliple doors and soaked the carpets which then began to smell and the blue light was still showing good air. Should have gone for the delonghi.
