well received.bought this to replace old HD9316 model. boiling was considerate faster as compared. Double wall for carefree touch and pouring. Boil dry protection for added safety. boiling noise is a bit slightly lower than hd9316but handle design is not as user-friendly as compare to HD9316 which caused weight on pull handling from the kettle if wrist strength is not that strong.the top cover button does not function well as it need to be precisely press on the lower end of button to eject the cover.i will still prefer the older model hd9316 but is a good try on this newer hd9395 model

Apparently this is not an uncommon issue, 2 other feedbacks belowThe kettle stops boiling at 40 degree at the first round, need to press boil again 2-3 times to complete a boiling. Complete waste of timeHow do we solve this issue Philips??
