This monitor is very nice. No complaints with the product itself. Beware-it is advertised as including an HDMI cable and stylus pen. NEITHER are included. This also happened to another customer according to their August review.

Despite what the description states, this monitor is a shiny glossy glass screen. It is very reflective. The anti-glare statement was the reason why I purchased this monitor as I already have a Lenovo 24" touch screen monitor that doesn't have an anti-glare coating. The stand is outstanding. Other than that, I just received the monitor and only set it up 10 minutes ago. I will try to remember to update this review.

We've purchased several (about 10) of these to replace another brand of touch monitor that has not been working well. These are great to keep employees happy and not having to clean the dust off monitors every day to keep them working as with old (6 months) monitors from other brand.

I'm glad I didn't send it back, I hooked it up wrong, And thank you to the person who said in QA answers,That it works with hp. I haven't played with Photoshop with it yet. Why I bought it, was a great price,glad my brother hooked it up right for me, I was so bummed about sending it back,????
I purchased this for teaching math online. It is a replacement for a unit I bought at the beginning of the semester. The Phillips appears to have better response time and a higher degree of precision. A big plus is the stability of the design; it certainly makes writing and graphing easier, and much more legible. I doubt I am going to accidently knock this one over.
The touch feature quit! And I am 3 weeks past the 30 day window so now I have nothing more than a $300 monitor! Wish I could just exchange it for another monitor ( Samsung curved that I LOVE that is half the $$) very unhappy!
This arrived very quickly from B&H (shopping from B&H online has always been exceptional in every way). The monitor performs beautifully. However, there were no instructions or stylus in the box (it was a new purchase in a sealed box).Service from Philips was less than stellar. Online instructions were difficult to find. In response to the missing stylus, their solution was to pack up the monitor, ship it back to B&H at my expense and have B&H ship me a new monitor - an insanely wasteful solution. When I said so, there was no response.Philips never did address my question of how to get the touch feature to work - I found that information in a Google search after much detective work.To sum up - great product, great service from B&H, crappy service from Philips.
The monitor functions well. I love the touch screen for distance learning. Minus one star because the unit did not come with a stylus or HDMI cable as Walmart advertised. I emailed Philips and they were not sympathetic at all to my concerns. Rather, they responded that it is noted the items in the box are listed on page 3 of their "official" flier. So, 5 stars for monitor functionality, 3 stars for Walmart ad mistake, 0 stars for Philips customer service.
